I was here for the preview weekend as well as the weekend after and both experiences had consistently good service. The lemon ricotta pancakes were very good and the trifecta breakfast did not disappoint the experience after. I would recommend giving them a shot and if you can make a reservation in advance. The blueberry pancakes come with not a compost, but actual solid amount of blueberries so if that’s your jam, they are very good and I highly recommend them.

I’ve been ordering delivery from IHOP for a while now, and honestly, their food never disappoints. If you’re someone who loves eggs, this is definitely the place to order from they always taste fresh, fluffy, and delicious. Even when my order arrives late, the food somehow still tastes amazing, which says a lot about their quality.
My only complaint is the delivery time. For some reason, my orders usually take at least an hour to reach me. I really wish they could speed that up. But overall, the food itself is worth it.

We didn't even eat here. We stood and waited to be sat, no one greeted us, after 5 minutes we left. The front area was dirty and looked very worn down . The other alarming thing was you couldn't smell food cooking, it just kind of musty. Won't be going back.

We’ve typically enjoyed our meals at this iHop as a family for years with a few foibles on their part here and there but none like today. Our waiter was incredibly unprofessional. He began by giving attitude after we kindly reminded him that we had ordered two different drinks and slammed the correct ones on our table after he brought it back with no apology. We let it go as we wanted to just enjoy our meal and then we were given our bill. At the bottom he scratched out the total and wrote himself his own tip before he even gave us the bill or running the card. This is both unprofessional and illegal. We appreciate that his manager fixed the mistake and stated that she would ‘speak’ to him but we will not be returning here nor will we continue to recommend it as a breakfast spot to our friends or community.

Have been coming here for 4 years and never a problem until now. Was charged over 20% gratuity for 6 people which is a first. Was not properly done on receipt, waiter scratched out total and wrote a different final price which was over 20% of the bill, I believe to be illegal. Also, the service was horrible on top of that.

Over cooked pancakes poor service sticky floors. Couldn't even get a 1 pancake smiley face right. Dumped all the chocolate chips in 1 spot the center. No chips on the face as pictured. Wife had a burr
Biscuit n grave was cold and tasted like flower only. Asked for Crispy hash browns got raw hasbrowns -10 out of 10 just make your breakfast at home. $15 for cold a raw food never again

Good food if you like the traditional American cuisine: for breakfast the standard pancakes, toast, ham, sausage, bacon, eggs, hash browns, omelettes etc. Probably the best bang for your buck compared to lunch and dinner and served 24 hours. Burgers, fried steak, pork chop, etc. for lunch-dinner - the traditional stuff. Clean and relatively fast service. Can get expensive quickly if you order fancier fare like steak and eggs, etc. But prices are reasonable for the more common food items.
Ed. took 35 minutes for an online order. only customer. My guess is they didn't even start until I arrived. Pancakes container incorrectly closed so spilled out. 1 for online pickup.
