First, there were no high chairs for my baby and she had to be seated in the booth with us uncomfortably. Then, the booth had ducts tape on the seat. On top of that, I ordered a strawberry lemonade splasher that had a roach leg in it. Place is dirty. I do not recommend

I wouldn't waste my time going here. Poor service have to wait a while before the see you standing there to be seated (waited 5ish minutes or so with maybe only 4 customers) food on the menu didn't look good at all. All round poor experience

We waited for over 45 minutes for someone to come get our drink and food order and as we were getting up to leave they walked to our table. They were not busy at all and the waitresses had a very poor attitude towards their customers. We will not return here again. I will drive the extra miles to go to Denny's.

The six dollar special was good. I had eggs Benedict. English muffin was hard on the bottom. Had to have a very sharp knife to cut. The restaurant was bright tables needed to be cleared. Staff seem to be visiting more with each other than taking care of what they should’ve been doing will be back one more time.
It's not 24 hours IHOP. At least it's closed on 1/10/2024 3am. Why not giving correct operation hour?

Admittedly I came in pretty late after my shift. I pulled into the parking lot and the door said “no waitresses, please order online” I guess my only question would be, what’s the difference between ordering with the cook and ordering online. I assume the cook should be able to take orders I feel like that’s kinda basic. The chef cook person was very polite and told me to order online or with an app, but I was kinda looking forward to sitting in the restaurant and having my order taking and giving a tip to an actual person so ordering on the app immediately made me want to go to Taco Bell instead. The actual inside of the restaurant looked awful and outdated. The sketchy aura of the place that late at night combined with the demand to only order online made me feel like the food was going to come out made incorrectly or with bad energy or messed with in some way. And there was a young man with a weird girly fluffy blanket on his head roaming around the front of the store. Incredibly weird vibe, not sure I’d even go back during the day.

Went inside and stood there for 5 minutes waiting for literally any employee to notice a customer had arrived. The front area had no employees, so I couldn’t even be seated or served. The place wasn’t exactly busy, so I’m guessing it is too understaffed or poorly managed to support customers.

When we arrived someone wrote a sign on door saying they will not reopen until 6am or 7am. It was around 5:30am when we got their. So decided to wait it out. Food came out and half of it was not hot. Only our pancakes were hot, but they tasted like they were not fully cooked in the middle. The waitress was nice, but there was only one so she had to attend to all the other tables. Tables and seats look worn down need to be updated soon.
