We did frequent here alot lately but last time we were in a lady behind us was hitting and kicking her TODDLER son my husband being g who he is don't stand for child abuse like that and spoke up and said so.etgi g since no one else would the lady caused a whole scene which got both us and her kicked out it blows my mind we were told to leave when all he did was speak up for that poor child. Since management was OK with what was going g on I just don't feel like we will ever go back

Tons of empty and clean seats, but you make us wait in lobby, WHY? IHOP all over the country are failing like this. Not a good look for yall. Is it lazy staff? Or bad management? I'm leaning at management....I get my food, way later. But biscuits and gravy breakfast came out cold, told server, she brought me a new plate , gravy was hot but biscuits still cold..wth

Don’t order the gluten sensitive pancakes! I was glutened and spent the rest of the day sick. I tried to call and the phone only gave the hours and then hung up on me on every extension. Rotten food, rotten service. Beware!!!

This IHOP has gone downhill fast and I have no clue who's keeping this business alive. Food was cold and seems like the food is premade not fresh. Trust me when I tell you, go to a family own breakfast restaurant your stomach will also appreciate it..

So they brought the pancakes out before our breakfast meal however we had no silverware and they were just warm that was disappointing. The rest of our meal was good. Could use a little bit of deep cleaning I would say.

The presentation was horrible not complaining about the food it could have been presented better it just seems that they threw a lot of slap together it did not look the way it showed on the menu it just seems that they wanted to put up the food right away and not be professional about it the waitress was awesome put the surface could have been better from the higher above that we're fixing the food you didn't lose my business but I will not return to this IHOP I will continue to go to the Waukegan Illinois location!!
