First and last time ever here. We sat down party of 4 ordered everything exactly the same the taco dinner. Food was excellent and very good. We had an issue with the jukebox being too loud . We asked that they turn it down and the owner said we can’t turn the music down. We asked our waitress with the hello kitty short if she could turn it down and she did. The music was still loud so our waitress turned it off for us. The owners wife was very rude and disrespectful and said other people are paying for the music for it to be on. She was asking why am I taking pictures and I told her why because I’m writing a review. I’m annoyed at the whole situation because it could’ve been handled different. I attached a photo of one of the girls that was totally being rude.

This was my first time visiting this establishment. I am pleasantly surprised. This is a hidden gem! The food is great and the leftovers taste even better. The portion sizes are large enough for two people. Next time we're sharing. The ceviche is amazing, I just wish they gave seconds (lol).Parking: There is parking in front of the restaurant and on the side of the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: There is a kids' section on the menu.Wheelchair accessibility: There's only one level making it easy for those in a wheelchair to enter in.

By far BEST MEXICAN restaurant in Kenosha! As a Mexican I reccomend 10 out of 10!!! The complementary ceviche is out of this world - reminds me of my mom's! Horchata was awesome! Service was fast! Can't say enough great things!Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is awesome!

I had a horrible experience here. The shrimp was not cleaned. It was not de-veined. The butter sauce was rancid. Not sure if that is a Mexican thing. The service was horrible like most Mexican restaurants in the area. Long wait times to order. You have to beg for the check and then long wait times for them to come take the payment. No instructions were given that you have to pay at the register so they let you just sit there. Horrible service. Do not recommend. The interior is pretty dingy and very dirty. Bring disinfectant wipes. Even the wipes they provided were moldy smelling.

This is not your normal Mexican restaurant. For starters, instead of chips and salsa, they bring ceviche.This is a seafood restaurant. We were very impressed. I had a half pineapple stuffed with seafood and pineapple pieces. My wife had shrimp in a garlic and guaillo pepper sauce.
Best authentic Mexican restaurant in the midwest. The complimentary civiche is outstanding. Definitely a great seafood experience!

Came in with both of my son's to have a nice dinner. The waitress did not ask for ID not once since I ordered an alcoholic drink, I ordered for my son since he doesn't speak Spanish. She brought back 2 alcoholic drinks, my SON IS 17!!!! What a shame! She had to go gossip about this and run her mouth to her manager or whoever this lady was! Bad CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't go here! And dear; Find yourself that quickly and your license will be taken away for selling alcohol and serving a minor. You ALWAYS have to ask for ID!!! Wow GROSS! So unprofessional and no education whatever.Waukegan is so much better! more customer service and more friendly!!! They lack more kindness and respect for the client; ignorant!
