Sometimes one needs to ask themselves, why has a great institution fallen on hard times?
The Italian American Club was a great restaurant that also provided charm and sophistication but it's a shell of it once glorious self
The interior is all ratted up and looks abandoned while being full
The food is something awful where Olive Garden is a better alternative to this. Food is dry and lacking any flavor; again when OG is the better alternative then there are serious issues
Italian American Club should be embraced for what is has been for the great city of Kenosha, so seeing it in this disarray is saddening

Fish fry and Pizza!! Amazing
I love the traditional atmosphere, historical memorabilia, and decoration. The food is good, affordable and tasty. The service seems good, but sadly we had a bad experience with a young waitress: he looked more worried about his own dinner time and all the time was unpolite and he rushed us and interrupted us. I hoped to had a relaxed time during my birthday and the waitress ruined my plans.

Lovely dinner at the Renaissance. Exceptional service from the young man who took care of us, and lovely food, with ample portions that will feed us all weekend, and ridiculously reasonable prices. I did coconut (jumbo butterfly) shrimp with sweet raspberry and savory herb and sour cream dips, with an achingly old-school, roasty baked potato, salad, and fresh baked bread. Spouse did the mostaciolli marinara, also with salad and fresh bread, and a Pepsi. $41.00. All incredibly satisfying and delicious.
And we're going to be having leftovers for Sunday dinner.
All while sitting in an old school supper club, listening to Frank Sinatra. 10/10.

This is probably the best fish fry in Kenosha and the staff is always polite and attentive to the customers/diners.

Excellent meal, they weren't prepared for the size of our group and we had to wait a bit, but aside from that, excellent.

Our first dinner experience at the Italian American Club did not disappoint! We came here with family that was visiting from out of town and everyone was very pleased with the dinner. We picked up a chicken parm with spaghetti, veal chop with spaghetti, Friday beer battered fish fry, and baked cod dinner. The portions of food are extremely generous and I assure you that you will not leave hungry when visiting the restaurant. The prices are also reasonable and the flavors are awesome. You need to head downstairs to visit the restaurant as the banquet hall, which looked nice for an event, is on the first level. I would say that calling ahead for a reservation would be a good idea and saves time in the end. Highly recommend and we will return here many more times based on our first experience!

Servers were attentive and friendly. Servings were plentiful, atmosphere was very pleasant
Went there for Easter, the hashbrown Pattie’s were dried out/overcooked, the sausage was also dry. And the bacon was a tad bit salty. The rest of the food was okay
Food was great and lots of leftovers. Decor looked a little dated. Nice staff.
The service was Amazing.
Huge Portions of pasta. Warm bread was good. My problem was with the the pasta sauce and sausage. Sausage seemed day old and burnt sauce very ordinary. I was expecting more.
I love every time I go to the Italian-American club it is like eating in my grandmother's basement they change the decorations frequently it's always fun the wait staff could be a little bit quicker and a little bit more attentive but it usually seems to be young kids they must just be learning definitely look forward to going back the portion size is large the bread they give you when you sit down is delicious. I tried the pizza and it's one of my favorite pizzas in town now. Paper thin and very cheesy give it a try
