I love JJ's but this location is a no for me. When I ask for extra mayo, they put on no mayo. When I use a coupon/rewards the sandwich is made subpar. I wish this location was good like others but it's not.

I put in an online order and when I received it, I did not get the sandwich that I received so I call up there and immediately the girls that answered the phone tried to say that I probably got the wrong sandwich which I didn’t. They just didn’t make it correctly and then she hung up on me so then I called back and then repeatedly I was put on hold after every two seconds so I hung up. I drove up there only to be laughed at for the general manager Jasper not to talk to me . That was my first time at Jimmy John’s, and I most definitely will be the last. I will never eat there again nor will I recommend it to anybody that I promise.

I’d like to start off by saying I love JJ, I eat their sandwiches often. I typically just walk in and order.
I’ve gone into this location several times and have always had a good experience.
Tonight I decided to do an online order, through their online website. Mainly because DoorDash or Grubhub charges ridiculous fees. It’s almost double what it costs if I had JJ deliver it.
I decided to order it through JJ via online However this location took almost an hour to get my “Freaky Fast” order.
I even downloaded the app thinking I could track my order like OTHER online delivery apps.
Not so much, not even close.
I ordered my food at 6:24pm at 7pm I call JJ store inquiring where my food was. The kid on the phone says at night they only have one driver so it depends on how many deliveries are on the route. I said it’s been over 45mins and your store is 3.5miles from me when is it going to get here? I asked am I going to get a text or a call when he’s on his way to me? The kid then responds you didn’t say to call or text you. I explained well that wasn’t an option to pick from and he goes on to tell me I need to call customer service to complain. SERIOUSLY? I guess it doesn’t matter when people get their food anymore especially when you get charged for delivery, given a time frame of 25/30mins but it takes almost an hour to get it.
At 7:11pm I get a call from the delivery driver from his car and he’s telling me he’s here. I’m like ok do you need me to come down (I’m in a hotel and gave my RM number in the delivery instructions). He’s like ummmmm yeah or I could meet you half way.
So I come down and he’s at the reception desk. I say thanks and he hands me my food. I get back to my room and my toasted sandwich was barely warm. The juices were soaked through the paper and I got a fountain drink with no straw. Hey thanks for that.
I ordered 2 sandwiches and a soft drink.
Never again will I ask JJ to delivery my food again. It’s not Freaky Fast and it wasn’t Freaky Good! The customer service all the way around was Freaky Bad.

I ordered 2 sandwiches online for pickup and customized each. A #10 and a #6. I asked for napkins for both. No napkins. Asked for them to be cut in half. Not cut in half. On the #6 I asked for extra cucumber, tomato, lettuce, and onions. I saw ONE onion sliver on my whole sandwich. There wasn’t even enough lettuce for the NORMAL amount. They did not put extra anything. I order the #6 customized all of the time and never have an issue. This is my first time going to this location. I was not happy at all. Make sure your employees are looking at the customization more closely. They ruined my sandwich and experience.

So 4 years ago I wrote a bad review and it won’t let me make new one so here’s another bad review from today I place my order online an hour later still no update on my order then I get a call saying they have no delivery drivers and they really busy so I they need to take the order over the phone and source it to a 3rd party (Uber eats) I’m trying place my order person taking my order keeps going silent on the other and I have to keep repeating my order then not even 5 mins I call and say I forgot to add the cookies can I add them and have them sent with the sandwiches he said yes so 2nd order placed I get a notification from Uber eats my order has been picked by a different driver now I have to do two different tips then I check the tracking and they says they’re looking for a new driver 3 hrs later I get the message saying they’re looking canceled by order because they couldn’t find the delivery address but the driver with the sandwiches did and no call or text from them asking where to go now on hold for 15mins waiting to find out what happened! So sad the moto is freaky fast yet it’s never fast the last 6 years they are slower then ever done with Jimmy Johns also I tried the toasted sandwiches Bread is burnt meats are burnt had to toss have the bread because it was not edible

Tell me why the entire time I'm standing at your counter ordering, your employee was more interested in texting on his phone rather than concentrating on what I was saying to him. Every time I paused for a brief second looking at the menu, he would go back to texing. ( Young blk kid dreadlocks down to his shoulder. )

Yes I will always be honest. I don't care how many customers you have, you still need to be able to have patience with your special needs customers. They are normally super friendly, but today we got some rolling of the eyes and huffing and puffing. Smh.

If you order to go or dine in, you'll probably have a good experience. However, their delivery is no longer, "Freaky Fast."
We don't often have the food delivered because we live fairly close to the store. But the past few times we have gotten it delivered, it is taken almost an hour to get it delivered despite the food being ready shortly after the orderwas placed.
I've called the store to explain my frustration and I was told by the employee that there was nothing they could do because they're short-staffed and the store now uses Uber to make the deliveries. It's an unfortunate situation but not something we'll be putting ourselves back into anytime soon. The overall rating is based on the poor quality of delivery services.
