Exactly the atmosphere you expect in a pub pizzeria. Our server Kirsten was friendly and on top of everything. We were extremely impressed with the nachos that had pot roast meat in place of beef. Such a simple change made a good appetizer great. We had the thin crust, which has the crispness of a cracker. This is new to me and I prefer a bit thicker crust but it was still very good. The sauce was perfect we just wanted a little bit more on the pizza. We plan on coming back and trying the beer nuggets and pan pizza. Definitely recommend!

Food had no flavor the steak sandwich was not sliced didn't look anything like the picture also got the pattymelt just as bad french fries over cooked and the potatoes with the cheese and bacon under cooked the people are very nice but it was late and 20 minutes till closing so can definitely tell the food was

Had a horrible experience. Ordered the godfather pizza. At the time of ordering I was asked if I wanted thin crust or pan. Was kind of put on the spot so I picked pan. Was a little shocked when I got the bill. They added 13$ for the pan option which brought the total of the pizza alone to 36.99 for a 14”. When I asked the waitress about it, she was just as confused as I was. The manager came over and did not explain it in a way that justified the up charge, one of his responses was “ cheese is expensive right now”. Left totally feeling ripped off. I would never spend that much on pizza that is mediocre at best. The waitress should have known and explained the up charge at the time of ordering and the manager should have atleast attempted to make it right and not just make me leave feeling ripped off. The pizza was far from good, we hardly ate any of it. Will never go there again. There are much better places to eat.Response to reply:There’s no way there were extra topping than regular thin crust. It was so skimpy on everything. And I should have been warned of the 13$ up charge before hand. Shame on you for trying to justify it. I’ve Read other reviews of your restaurant padding bills. Horrible customer service. I hope this reviews helps others not make the same mistake I did.

Didn't have pizza,had some roast beef nachos,they were good but not what I expected ,also being in Wisconsin, I didn't expect the Chicago sports theme,big turn off,maybe I'll try the pizza if I go back,hmmm??

Was upcharged 13$ for a pan pizza without warning. Tasted horrible. Would never pay 36.99 for mediocre pizza. Will never go there again. Manager explained to me, cheese is expensive right now. Rubbish. My waitress was as Shocked as I was about the up charge.

Kaiser's is a great restaurant and bar. The pizza, salads and sandwiches are all delicious. My favorite appetizer is the beer nuggets but if you order them keep in mind that it takes 20 minutes to prepare.
