I recently hosted my bridal shower at this venue and, unfortunately, would not recommend it based on my experience.
My bridesmaids and family were scheduled to access the building at 9:30 AM to begin decorating, which had been confirmed the evening prior. However, no one was present at that time, causing delays and added stress. Upon entry, it was also noted that the event room had not been properly cleaned, as there were numerous gold sequins on the floor that needed to be picked up.
Communication via email was consistent at first but there were several inconsistencies in communication leading up to and during the event. We were initially told that food would be served buffet-style in our private room, but on the day of the event, it was instead set up in the bar area. Additionally, the food quality did not meet expectations. For example, the “fruit platter” consisted only of pineapple and cantaloupe. Beverage service was also incorrect, as we had requested orange juice and lemonade but were provided with coffee and soda instead.
The level of service throughout the event was disappointing. My bridesmaids and future mother-in-law repeatedly had to request assistance for basic needs such as clearing plates, which detracted from the overall experience.
While the room itself was visually appealing, the service, food quality, and communication fell short—especially considering the cost. For these reasons, I would not recommend this venue.

So many ppl recommend this place and truly is such a disappointment. Atmosphere is ok, definitely more toward older mid age ppl. We were here with our kids n they sat us down all the way on the back. Food is unflavored and waited a good 20/30 mins for it. We got their Kenosha beer and it was not great. My husband tend to get IPAs and the one he pick tasted like soap, they switched it twice and it was horrible. Our kids cups tasted like chemicals, it was horrible experience. We travel a lot and visit a lot of restaurants and this is our top 10 worst places to dine. Avoid at all cost

I’m assuming they have a new cook who needs time to master the smoke wings which they are my absolutely favorite wings , mines were not the same and I had to bring them home and put them in the oven , I also tried again and they were over cooked ….. I will wait it out for a little while before I try again

Went there for dinner and bingo. Sat there for 45 minutes and not a single employee even asked if we wanted drinks. Table next to us got there after us and they were eating and drinking way before us. We got up and left. Took the lady that worked there on our way out what happened and she said I’ll let the owner know. You weren’t sitting in my section. The owner watched us walk out and said nothing. Won’t go back again.

After contributing to their bingo winning table for approx 6 months, ( losing out on my own money) I was offered a vendor table on any night I chose. But when an outsider called KBC & said they didn’t want to see my designs in ‘their’ comfort place, they told KBC that if they allow me to vend there, they would lose their business & friendship. So KBC declined me to vend there. All because of one person. I thought that was absolutely ridiculous to turn down a small business right after telling them they could vend a table there. If KBC picks favorites like that, I definitely wouldn’t want anything to do with them! That’s disappointing.
(I was only going to vend on 1 day, not even the day the hog had her hay day)
0 stars Do not recommend. Do better. Do better for your community, not just for the people who you think are your friends. I didn’t do anything wrong to deserve this treatment.

Wait staff was lovely, nice and clean environment. The pretzel was a huge loaf of bread, no lies detected!
Excellent fish fry! Great price and plentiful portions. The only negative was the wilted, soggy lettuce they put under the fish.

Thanks for making a surprise 50th wedding anniversary a huge success. The guests of honor we very surprised! All the guests in loved the food. Your customer service was amazing. If you havent tried the pork shank...its a must! Great venue and ambiance. Thank you again Nick and our team tonight!

Wife and I went for a party with our neighbors they served dinner for the party and we were there for 3.5 hours everything was good until it was time to pay my drink tap my wife and I together had a total of 3 drinks apiece and the bar charged me for 13 drinks, I tried to tell them that the bill was wrong but they wouldn't do anything about it. Bartenders in my opinion are thieves.
