My order got switch up, and not only did she replace it for free, she delivered it to my workplace because she recognized the logo on my shirt! She went out of her way to fix a mistake before i could even contact them. Give my girl Dina a raise

KFC that the colonel would visit for his dinner and be pretty happy. The pot pie does take a while to make on a most recent visit but they were kind enough to give us some extra biscuits for the wait & made sure we had fresh food for the entire order!

Piad over 30 dollars for a 12 pice bucket ,had no KFC spice instead tasting like old oil and chicken fat.bit into and the meat stinks , all went in the garbage, never again will I go there , they should shut that place down

The service at this location seems to be much better than other KFCs that I have visited. The drive through is always pleasant and the on-line ordering is easy. They also give out points to earn free food, and there system is very generous!

The customer engagement is horrible 15 minutes the only person in the store. Waiting for a 3 piece meal I was picking up. 5mins when I 1st walked in noone greater me or took my order then when she finally come up she (the worker) walks to the window and starts taking a car that just pulled up . Walks right past me

How are you a chicken restaurant and don't have chicken. Also have new signs up with all these sauces saying I quote " We've got sauces covered" and then tell we don't have that sauce anymore. Horribly ran. Finally started to eat and everything tasted old like it was sitting out since lunch
