How are you a chicken restaurant and don't have chicken. Also have new signs up with all these sauces saying I quote " We've got sauces covered" and then tell we don't have that sauce anymore. Horribly ran. Finally started to eat and everything tasted old like it was sitting out since lunch

I usually give honest reviews, so I had to write about my experience yesterday I visited this establishment for the first time. The young lady became upset because I asked her for fresh mashed potatoes and gravy. She then went to the back to make them and I overheard her telling another employee how does she not know that the potatoes that are already sitting here are not fresh? Any other time I would have said something to address what I heard come out of her mouth, but I decided writing a review would be better. Thank God the food was good, but she clearly did not want to service me. I have no idea who hired this young lady but they need to be reprimanded because she’s definitely not customer service at its best. She handed me the food, no thank you, no smile, just attitude., I definitely won’t come back.

So disappointed in this KFC. Always getting parts of the chicken strips. Chicken bowls have no chicken, no cheese, mainly potatoes. I come for chicken and now pay twice as much for no chicken
