I have come to the conclusion that in general the Managers at fast food restaurants are not interested in Managing. They just want the increased salary and not Management responsibilities.
We went to KFC 8026 at 8026 39th Avenue, Kenosha, WI 53142 (262) 697-9109 at about 1:15 pm today (03/19/2023) and I ordered a two piece all white Original Recipe with mashed potatoes and cole slaw. My wife ordered the chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and cole slaw.

The food is good but the order is only correct about 50% of the time & too much bother to drive back & go through the line all over again. I do continue to go there due to location. And it’s not the person taking the order as the ticket is always correct, it’s the line people not paying attention when they pack the food. Gives this location a really bad name
KFC......your a freaking joke! Wait 40 min for our food. Get home and my daughter's food is missing. Go back to get it and am told they gave me an extra piece of chicken and an xtra cookie. Get home.......NO CHICKEN!! SHE GOT A BOX WITH 6 BISCUITS! They are not going to like getting my call tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!
