Dirty very dirty inside. We t in to pick up an order I placed for a 1:30 pick up. I was literally 4 minutes early and the person in the driveway thru was pretty rude. This was on 2/7/25. Any way so I go inside to wait because my option was to go back through the drive-thru wait in the parking lot or come in. I decide to go in and I kind of wish I hadn't because this place was absolutely filthy inside food under every single table and I'm not exaggerating. . For a dining room at anywhere to be this disgusting makes me wonder what the parts that the public are not allowed to see look like. P whoever the manager is here. Please take this however you want, manage better, delegate things for people to do, take literally 10 minutes out of your day and sweep your floor. Take some pride in your job. As for me, I will not be back. I felt the customer service was kind of rude and the entire disgustingness of the dining area was just enough.

If I could give it no stars I would! I asked for fresh chicken I was given old chicken. The manager claim it was only 20 minutes old! No it was old! I called the manager back she said I did give u but u can bring it back! Why should I drive 20 minutes back when I asked u for fresh in the beginning! DONT GO HERE!!!

Every time I order food online from this location the orders wrong! I tried to order from the 52nd street location but it defaulted to this one . As per usual when I got home with the food it contained all dark meat with four wings even though I ordered breasts . Called the manager and she didn’t care just said call the 1 800 # sooner this place closes the better
I told the guy when I pulled up to the drive up that I hadn't been to this location for 3 months because everytime I get something from here it's wrong. If they couldn't get it right this time I'd NEVER be back. Guess what they didn't give me the 4 piece original dinner I ordered...they gave me 4 chicken fingers cold to the touch. So disappointing and disgusting I took one bite and threw everything in the garbage. Total waste of time. I'll never be back bunch of idiots working at this location. Don't visit

The last 2 times I ordered - they forgot part of my order. Went back up to get the things that were forgotten- and I get 3 sauces and 1 honey for a 16 pc tender meal with 8 biscuits!! Of course their food doesn’t really change which is good- just less portions for more money …

I order 10pcs bucket chicken with coupon 1 breast 9 thighs got home 3 thights missing got 3 wings instead .count your chicken before you leave will not come back to this kfc.
