We attempted to do an online order one hour before closing tonight, which included a 40% off deal on tenders. Despite multiple attempts and our payment being approved, the order wouldn’t go through. We called the store, but they wouldn’t honor the coupon. We attempted again to no success. Our grown children went to the store to order, and we asked to speak to a manager. They refused to do anything to honor the discount or rectify the situation. After over a half hour of trying to get KFC, we sent our children to Caine’s and won’t be going back. It’s so disappointing to get this type of service from a well-established chain.

Original style chicken was so very good and juicy. Excellent service and very clean. It was a joy! Got a $5 box. What a deal: wing and thigh, biscuit and mac and cheese. WOW it was good!
Went through drive through but I know what the inside is like. Big box 3 pc meal with drink and 2 sides used to be 7 bucks and some change. It is now over 11 bucks. Very disappointing. Won't be going back for awhile.
