The workers are great. The manager is rude as hell. The lady with the white hair. She gets mad everytime I ask for fresh food đ because the food came up 20mins ago (says that every time) and her attitude is unnecessary when I'm paying you for a fresh meal. Then to go to the bathroom she throws her shirt and head gear on the counter where they fix your meal. I use to work at KFC this was very unprofessional. I can only imagine how she treats her workers.

One of the regulars here! I've only ever seen this employee one or two other times but she always does excellent =*) I ended up asking how long she'd been around because she seemed so well experienced..turns out she's been helping out and is from another location đđ» should keep this one, she honestly deserves a raise because we all know she is not getting what she deserves and she didn't even have to tell me. That's just how this industry is
It was the girl named Brittany she had to deal with a most unpleasant couple..she did nothing wrong, they were just that way and handled it amazingly đ For context she wanted to make some recommendations since they didn't want the double mash potatoes for the 20$ meal deal. The guy was a huge prick, extremely rude and acted absolutely uncalled for!

Chicken skin is completely soggy, the entire thing was falling apart before even pulling it out the bucket. Skin doesnât look fully cooked but soggy from grease. Aside from the nasty chicken. Other items were missing. Not bothering calling the store or going in the manager on shift is entirely rude. Never had issues with this location until tonight. Very disappointed.

We were not really appreciated. The food was incorrect and not good. Ordered 2 famous bowls, received 1. Was not edible. Potatoes were almost grayish in color with white chunks. Chicken was too peppery. Also ordered a 2 piece white meat chicken meal. Received a wing and a breast.

This used to be a great KFC. Food was good, service was good. Now the service is horrible! I've driven here twice for pot pies. Once the oven was not working and the other time, even though I place the order online, ehen I got there, they said they just sold their last two and it world be a 25 minute wait. Then I had to call an online number to get a refund. I'm sure that's going to be real successful...NOT!
