This was our first time. Although it was the middle of the afternoon on a Sunday the place was very busy. Staff didn't always speak English but they quickly found someone who did. The food was excellent and we were well taken care of. Definitely worth going back. Surprised to learn they have been open almost 10 years but until they started to list on OpenTable we had no idea.

Guacamole was great. Chips tasted a little stale. Enchiladas were very average. Burrito had way too much iceberg lettuce and tomatoes in it. It was about half of the filling. Got a killer margarita, glad there's a beer in it to cut the overly sweet margarita mix, really don't think there was any tequila in it.

Ate here twice in two weeks and enjoyed each meal. Staff is very friendly and it is definitely worth trying out. Nicely casual. And the Oxacan tamal and barbacoa are outstanding.

Had Yami as a server a couple days ago and she was AWESOME I HAD to leave a review Super sweet, fast, and made sure we felt comfortable. We made a stop from our trip and we have no regrets she definitely made our visit 10x better ! I recommend asking for her when you guys visit !

My daughter and I ate there last night and it was a great experience! My wife was working late at middle school conferences and of course our daughter wanted McDonalds, but driving past La Fogata, she agreed to try something different. I tried their new cowboy burrito with cactus and it was delicious highly recommend. But the star of our meal was a new soup they have Pozoloe Rojo I believe was the name. Just the right amount of spice and cooked just right. Our daughter LOVED it. Plus the service was great. Definitely going back in the future!

The waiters were friendly but not very efficient. We waited a long time for service and to get our ticket when they were not very busy. The food was just so-so. Very overpriced for what we got, but that is our experience in Santa Fe. We will not go back to this restaurant next time we visit.
