I recently visited La Michoacana Ice Cream Shop, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. What impressed me the most is that they offer something for everyone, from traditional Mexican ice creams to unique options like cucumber juice. Their selection truly caters to all tastes.
But what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. Yolanda, in particular, was amazing. As I sat there, I watched how she interacted with every customer as if they were family, bringing warmth and care to each interaction. It was my first time there, and she made me feel just as welcome. The service was fast, and the quality of the orders was extraordinary.
La Michoacana is definitely on the right path. I highly appreciate not just their delicious products but also the strong focus on making every customer feel special. A big shoutout to Yolanda for being the perfect hostess and providing such a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be back!

My frozen Mangonada wasn’t properly mixed. It tasted good but due to not being made properly, it was very hard to drink.

Last time I went. They treated me very poorly, the guys who are serving have angry faces and the manager never smiles, he is always nervous. I ordered a prepared chicharron, they didn't put avocado in it and if you order something they remind you that they are going to charge you extra. My niece was ordering something and they just ignored her. I'm sorry but I won't return to this place

There's nowhere better to go in the area for ice cream. This place has such a wide variety of flavors to choose from, and they taste better than ice cream normally seems to. The atmosphere is great. They have food items available as well!!! This place seems to have so much available and definitely worth taking out of towners here!!

Every time they have terrible service, I asked for a fruit and it turns out that they can't put what I want when I have asked for the same thing all the time and they have given it to me. The prices go up and you pay them and still they put things

The bread for the very hard cake seemed like the bread was five days old and couldn't be eaten because it was so hard, and I told them and they just told me I was sorry and I threw it away because I couldn't bite it and then I asked for 4 corn and they gave me very little. cheese and mayonnaise, very bad service and I didn't return them just because I live in Racine if I had lived there I returned them??????
