I’ve been coming here for years and used to drive 30 min just to get their pho. Sooo good. The ingredients are fresh and the service is 10/10. Cozy vibe. I’ve had both the veggie and beef pho and the crab rangoons and they’re good every time!

I’ve been to this restaurant several times because I genuinely enjoy the food. However, the overall experience has been repeatedly let down by the environment and service.On multiple visits, I’ve encountered the same waitress (a woman who seems to work frequently), and unfortunately, her demeanor is far from welcoming. She often acts as though serving customers is a burden, not a job she takes pride in. There’s very little warmth or attentiveness, and it leaves a sour impression. For a small business, customer service is just as important as the food, if not more so especially when word-of-mouth and repeat visits are vital. The food deserves a better front-of-house experience, and it’s likely that others have been turned away for the same reason.I hope the owners take this feedback seriously and invest in improving the hospitality side of their business. It could make all the difference.

Honestly I’ve always thought this place was just okay. But if I ordered take out and you assumed I’m a DoorDash driver and handed me the wrong order isn’t good, especially when I just bought a lot of food and you are especially quick to lock up before close. Pro tip, don’t order take out from here

The food itself was pretty good, ordered the orange chicken and rice as well as the spicy Ramen and an order of the saigon chicken wings. Requested no Egg in the Ramen, but it came with egg which they fixed immediately. We also ordered a mango milk tea which was delicious as well as a sparkling tea with cherry popping Boba. Originally they brought out a strawberry or cherry milk tea which they corrected to be the proper sparkling tea. At the end of the meal I still had not received the Saigon chicken wings when I was informed that the only wings they had were served with a house rice which I guess contradicts what they have ON the menu. This place would do much better if they wrote down orders.
