I've been here a couple of times and can honestly say I don't understand the reviews at this restaurant.
The beef Pho was entirely tasteless. The broth tasted just like water with very little beef flavor.
Maybe the last few times we've gone have just been the restaurants off days but due to the amount of nice restaurants in the area this place will be a hard pass for the future.

The food was good but my order was incorrect. I wanted shrimp pho and got beef. The waitress specifically repeated #3 back to me when I placed the order. But that's not what I got. When I pointed out the error she said I must have pointed at the wrong thing. To her credit she did attempt to correct the order but as a rule of thumb I never eat anything that has to be corrected...so I kept my beef pho

The meals look good but they are different from what would be expected with the brain! I felt like they focus on the spiciness rather than the flavor.
Their sandwiches are no go for me but my friends love this place.
It was worth trying as it was my first Vietnamese restaurant to go to.
Dietary restrictions: They have peanut and sesami
Kid-friendliness: Not really anything for the kids to do

**TO OWNER** 85% of the dish? Anywhere else you go, for 17$ you get a whole plate of chicken and seperate bowl for your rice. That was a small dish half rice half chicken, pitiful serving amount for the price. through the meal, after the potstickers, it was tried & we asked to SWAP IT for something else, not once were we asked what was wrong with it could it be remade or anything, we were told we couldn’t and had to pay for it regardless if we got something else or not. Of course the kids are going to nibble on it, you trying to play this role about eating all the food and wanting money back is absurd because before it was even really touched we asked to send it back for something else and were told no! Your waitresss was the most ignorant and disrespectful staff you could have had on the shift! I asked her to just get my change and she kept going on and on about how it isn’t her fault and I can’t be upset with her, without using any common customer service skill to understand I’m upset in general with the situation not like it’s her fault. She was very defensive and insecure about the situation. Yeah right 200 rice dishes, you wouldn’t have to charge extra for complementary items or refuse to even remake a dish if business was booming like that.
You are a terrible business owner, and this has been the most terrible customer service in any Vietnamese restaurant in the south eastern Wisconsin! It ain’t about the money I asked to switch the item for something else for my kids!!! And I willing looked at my bill and paid the bill! I didn’t ask for any money back as a matter of fact I’m sure you have that on camera too. The orange chicken and rice was not good, period. It could have been a bad batch or whatever but I wouldn’t know because it wouldn’t even have been remade. Madame Pho is Cheap and GREEDY! We asked to swap the item for something else on the menu, it’s so absurd that’s the way you try to paint the picture.
“If you went to McDonald’s and didn’t like the food are they going to take it back?”
I’m not sure why there isn’t someone on duty to void an item, the waiter said over and over how she didn’t have the power to take it off, there’s no one there, and refused to call the other because she knew he would say “if you went to McDonald’s and didn’t like a Big Mac are they going to take it back?” And used excuses like we are a small business and then proceeded to accuse me of trying to get money off the bill because my kids ate a few pieces of chicken and tried the rice(which tasted like straight up city tap water), the portion was small to begin with.
As I checked out the waitress proceeded to say tell me how it isn’t her fault and how I can’t be mad at her she just works there, as I tried to explain my point which had nothing to do with her but understand the frustration paying 17$ for a bad dish, she began to yell and get belligerent with me in front of my children and other customers threatening me with police and treating me like I was wrong. The pho was okay but not worth ever coming back here.
Oh yeah it’s .50 just to get chili paste OR the chili oil which is complimentary everywhere else

It's okay food wise. Decent amount of food.
A little pricier than other places and the broth of the pho not as good as Pho Ever (Milwaukee) but if you live in this area it will do.
Atmosphere normal ma & pa type.
Service a little abrupt. Don't expect smiles and warmth.
The Pho will warm you though

Me and the family were out shopping and worked up an appetite! Locally we have many pho spots that are our favorite and we decided to give Madame Pho a try, and we have to say we were amazed on the service and tasty items on the menu! We tried the combo appetizer and was very delicious! Wife had her hot bowl and I had the Bahn mi pork sandwich which was awesome! The next time we drive up to our neighbors to the north we definitely gonna drop in for more.

My family and I were in the Kenosha area late last friday and were in the mood for something warm and delicious. We were debating between an Italian restaurant or here and I am beyond happy that we chose here! The food was delicious, fresh, and flavorful! The only reason they get a 4 star for Atomsphere was because there was lots of cardboard boxes in the restaurant and looked a tad messy, but besides that everything was great!

The place is wonderful!! The food has so much flavor and spicy. You can adjust the spice level depending on how you feel. The staff is kind and fast. I can’t wait to come here in the winter. It’s the perfect place to go or have take out if you’re sick or just need a good wholesome meal.

I try pho whenever I have a job at. This place is by far the worst in Kenosha. I ordered the pho special. Lacks flavor over loaded with tripe just isn't good. The spring rolls were ripped and old. The server didn't even ask how was my meal or why I'm not eating it. Just over all bad HARDEST PASS!!!

I absolutely love Banh Mi sandwiches, so I decided to shake things up and give Madame Pho a try. The sandwiches were fresh and bursting with flavor, but I found them a bit on the smaller side and hoped given the size there'd be a bit more meat and toppings. Despite that, I’m definitely planning to order from here again and explore more items on the menu!
