There was a literal hair baked inside of my cheesy bread. Now it would be different if the hair was on top of the cheesy bread, I would've kinda noticed it sooner, but it was mid-bite of cheesy bread I looked at my piece and there was a hair inside of it. I do not recommend eating here unless you're a fan of unsanitary food.

I order from this place every once in a while. I always find the food to be good, cooked fast, and the staff very friendly at pick up. Great local Pizza place. I ordered online and watched tracker to let me know when my pizza was done.

Marcos has very good food and is almost always perfect the one time it wasn't good the manager gave us a full refund and was very professional and understanding. Best pizza place in kenosha.

ZERO STARS!! If you want your pizza barely cooked and delivered at least 30 minutes late then by all means please order from this location. I placed a cataering order to be delivered at 11:30am. Well at 11:45am I called the store and was told my order was just leaving out the door. I asked why had she not bothered to at least notify the customer of the delayed order. She stated she was by herself and hadn't noticed that it was after 11:30am. Our order finally arrived about 12:10pm missing all 6 of the 2 liters of soda -mind you this order was for plant workers who's lunch break was at 11:30am. The gm or some supervisor calls me to apologize and offer a credit. I let him know I didn't want a credit I wanted a refund of the sodas we never received and that now this is the 2nd catering order in less than a week that arrives late.He then stated he wasn't sure if he could do a partcial refund and he'd have to get back to me. Well that was on 6/3/25 and still haven't heard back.

I recently ordered catering from Marco’s pizza for a lunch meeting. The food was ready on time and the pizza was hot. The employees were so kind. The gentleman working helped me carry the food out to my car which was greatly appreciated. Thanks for making catering experience easy.

They are one of the few places that offer cauliflower crust pizza, and I order it often. I wish they were available larger tha. Just small, but I deal with it. The pizza itself is great, always hot and fresh. NOTE: This place is mostly for takeout/delivery, so the low rating for atmosphere is a reflection of that fact, not because of anything the store didn't do.
