Went through the Drive Thru, got up to the payment window... The guy working the window had no clue what he was doing. I told him my exact order and my name since I used the app, he said my order and my name back to me and charged my card and then paid for my second order. Got up to the second window and told the lady what I ordered and she still handed me the wrong food. I told her this isn't my order and she told me that my order isn't paid for, which isn't true cause I just got charged for it. She then told me that since I didn't pay what I was supposed to that they aren't supposed to give me my food.... like how is that my problem? If you heard my order and my name, repeated both of them to me and had charged me for it, I expect that you do it right. Its not my fault that your workers are incapable of doing their job!

Seems like half the time I try to go here they’re only taking mobile or DoorDash orders, the people weekday mornings are generally super sweet but good luck getting food on the weekends.

If I could give zero stars that would be the most fitting…. This McDonald’s needs to just be shut down…. Trash customer service, wait times are horrible….. do curbside and still have to go in for your food because the staff was too busy talking to other people…. Management down to half the staff just plain rude….. (night time management/staff) the manager I have had many different occasions with her rude attitude, she should have been fired 4-5 months ago AT LEAST….. Kenosha Sheridan location, garbage.

Gotta get here in the daytime. Apparently at a certain point in the night they only take DoorDash and mobile orders. Definitely not making a mobile order for 2 shakes, luckily Culver’s right across the road is fully open until 12am.

I can see why we have such terrible reviews. Just had to spend an hour here was given the wrong receipt and ask for no pickles on my McDouble but they decided to overload them on the limited edition gold deluxe chicken sandwich that doesn't even normally have pickles so I'm getting trolled by a McDonald's cook.. I'm literally about to just dump this food in their driveway

I've been trapped in the drive-through for 20 minutes now and there is still four cars ahead of us. Unless you like wasting time while getting PO'd waiting for your food, I suggest going across the street to Taco Bell or Culvers.
