Service sucks per usual in Kenosha but it’s their job to ensure their employees do their jobs correctly.
I ask them in the drive thru to repeat the order back to me and he wouldn’t and of course they forgot something and I asked them if they can add the drink and I’d pay for it because they didn’t do what they were suppose to and she said no. I refused to go back into the line cause how ridiculous, it’s not my fault he didn’t do his job. They ended up processing the order for the drink but had us wait awhile in the pull up line.
Maybe your service and time would be more efficient if you didn’t have to correct mistakes made by simply adding and extra step and repeating the order back when the costumer asks you to, or just in general. This isn’t the first time they messed up either. We ordered a pick up order, took an hour and a half plus my husband waited another 30 mins there waiting for it then they forgot half our meal.

I visited the McDonald’s at 3926 52nd St. in Kenosha, and overall the place was solid—clean dining area, fast food came out fresh, and the location runs like a well-oiled machine most of the time.
The only hiccup was with our drinks. A couple of them were missing, and at first the staff insisted they weren’t part of our order. After double-checking the receipt, they saw the mistake and corrected it. It got resolved, but it did create an unnecessary delay.
Still, the food was good and the place is managed well. A bit more attention to detail at the counter would take this location from good to great.

I placed an order through the drive thru & the manager on site was literally recording me without my permission & sending my photo to someone after that the person she had sent it to posted me on social media & sent it to all of my family and friends!

I Just went through the drive-through and the girl taking orders was extremely rude. I simply said that I did not hear her and she snapped at me with the most vile tone I have ever heard from a service-worker. I am pretty shocked at the lack of professionalism.

Hate when I don't have enough time to go to a different mcdonald's. This is the closest one to my house and I only go there when I don't have time to go to another one. 9 times out of 10 order is wrong or unfinished. Got 2 drinks this morning. One was a hot mocoa, which I knew was risky getting her as they almost never do it right. I get its an annoying drink cause you have to press buttons, wait, stir, wait some more. Got a nice hot cup of water with some chocolate syrup added in. This is the only mcdonald's I go to that I end up with what tastes like a hot cup of creamer. Thankfully I got the nice staff today. They have so few of those.

Tod them no onions but they put onions on there and after I removed all the onions that I told them I didn't want after I ate the burger I got major heartburn. Please listen better to people's orders
