Every day when I get off work, I come around 9 o’clock to get a drink and their doors are always locked even though it says on the door the inside closes at 12 AM then 11 PM now they’re locking their doors before 9 P.m. that’s insane. I thought you can come inside if you please and I have the doors locked on you every time you come there even if you aren’t busy, you shouldn’t be locking the doors People like myself like to come in instead of the drive-through, especially when I’m getting off work so could you please put the appropriate times on the doors And also Quit Locking the doors before 9 PM I know you want to go home but your job is not that hard. Trust me I know! I appreciate it if somebody could fix this problem thanks

Dude "taking orders" is talking with other coworkers while trying to take orders while having an airpod in the other ear. Mcdonalds please do better. It took atleast 10 minutes to order & get thru the line while there was 1 car ahead of us.

This place is the most dirty, grime-ridden and filthy fast food restaurant you will EVER go to. I went here with my spouse; with the intentions of ordering my food from the no-contact machine at the front; which we later found was broken. Upon further-notice the machine was dirty, unclean and un-kept with dirty-finger-markings smeared across the screen. Once I got my food there was even an UNCOOKED potato inside of my chicken sandwich. An uncooked potato; or atleast that’s what I thought it was. Till this day I’m unsure of what it is. Also being in here makes you feel like you’re walking on egg-shells. It is ghetto, and filled with unprofessional people.

Service was very rude, they took forever to get to me, and when they did they asked the “app question” and paused for another 5 min, I asked if anyone was there and was met with attitude. they got my order wrong twice as I gave it to them. I’ll never go back here.i hope they get better people to work there or better training.

Worst drive thru experience and customer service I have ever seen. They always direct you to park even if you are the only one in line. They make one older lady who is extremely sweet bring every single order out, they are using and abusing her and it’s unfair and a terrible thing to see. I get she probably applied for the position or knew what she was in for but drive thru orders should be given the n the drive thru. Especially if there is no line
