I order a frappe through the app, but they couldn't make it, so I just asked for an iced coffee at this point I'm already annoyed having paid probably double of what an iced coffee costs. And on top of it the guy is giving me an attitude, but whatever I take my food and very expensive iced coffee outside to eat. Well guess what my deluxe quarter pounder has no lettuce or tomato! So I got overcharged on that too!

This McDonald’s is simply the best. I use mobile ordering mainly, and my food always has changes or substitutions. They get it right every time and I swear the quality taste different from other Mcds (if you know you know) I love the staff as well, they greet me by name from the mobile order and are friendly. Thanks Mcds for a great experience.—Tyler :)

My husband and I ordered table service from the app, and they never brought our food outside to us. Instead, they left it sitting on the counter, and my husband had to go in and get it. The food was cold by the time we got it.

One of the only McDonald's that the ice cream machine was working.
Usually McDonald's is pretty good. This one took my order and payment for 2 frozen cokes and then at the pickup Window said their machine was broken. I ended up getting a frozen sprite and once they handed it to me it exploded like a volcano in my car and got everything sticky.

Terrible customer service. Had an issue with a bone or something in the burger told manager was ignored and made out to be crazy the manager even called the police all on video stay away

Just tried to use a code on my app. The girl said it won’t work… And I said I am looking right at it and read the number back to her. She said “no that doesn’t work; refresh your phone for a new code”. I did so and suddenly I didn’t have enough points to get the item I was ordering. I told her the points were already taken, so the code must’ve worked. And she said no… So I asked if I just lost those points for no reason? And she said “well I need a code and I can’t just give you something for free”. She was so rude that I tried to call the store to let them know… Three times with no answer. Terrible customer service!

I don’t usually come to this Mcdonald’s. But every time I come here… It’s either rude associates or the food is not prepared right.
Please do something to fix this issue. You obviously have other customers complaining.

Clean and fast restaurant
This place has gone down hill. Used to be a friendly and great place to visit. But the past few times this place has changed. Service is lousy and the some of the staff are rude. We were there on Sunday morning (3-2-2025)for breakfast not busy at all and we order our food and when we went to the second window they handed me my frappe and the cup was nasty and sticky. We get home and my sausage egg McMuffin had no egg. Don’t recommend this store
