This location is FILTHY. Went through the drive thru and the person who handed us our ripped open bag of food forgot the straw. Ok, accidents happen and we are all human. Turned around, went inside while the man bagging orders IGNORED me until I asked to speak or a manager. He too an order outside and came back in, I mentioned the unfriendly drive thru and pointed to the layers of dirt on the floor inside and fries and food all over the floor. Very poor drive thru service. Either the cashier could not hear us correctly or was unable to type our order in correctly. Instead of trying to fix the problem, the order taker laughed and then got snippy with us each time we tried to correct our order. After three attempts, we left. It was clear that the order was never going to be right. An employee with an attitude didn’t help.
Manger Michele thinks it’s a joke to call the police on customers. When their not getting loud. She wouldn’t give my money back or my credit card back. Holding on to my property. She thinks I’m going to leave or move up? When the police got there she sends a worker too try to give me my money and credit card back. She tried to set me up.
