The worst french fries and the chicken nugget I have ever had in my lifetime super soggy no fresh. Just wasting my eight dollar. Didnât even give me a sauce? So do I supposed to eat this with a super dry everting?

Fast service, hot food and the fries were great. They bring the food to your table. There's actually two dining rooms - one by the counter and another, larger one, around the corner.
Why four stars? They have everything behind the counter and the drink station is shut down, so no refills. If you need more napkins, etc. you have to ask for them.

I will always like mcdonald's even though sometimes the service but it's got to be hard to try to find workers and want to work for them.
Might be the worst McDonald's in Kenosha. They just shove your food in your face without saying thank you or have a nice day. You have no idea if it's your order or not. Food was super greasy, which I usually wouldn't complain about at a McDonald's, but this was excessive.

Ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget in drive thru was asked to pull in parking spot #1 took them over 30 minutes to bring my 10 piece meal to me, so I went into the restaurant and they had no idea I was even waiting. Should have gotten my money back and my meal free

My boyfriend has came to me 2x about this place. Specifically for the workers customer service. itâs terrible. Like weâre such an inconvenience, when you literally work at mcdonaldâsâŠ. He just got off a long shift and wants a meal and heâs greeted with a BIG mean lady. The manager too. Do better get better staff not miserable people.
