Yet again went to this mcdonalds location l ordered 2 of the exact meals. Both fries missing. ok no biggie deal called said come back will fix it. Go in the store and explained why I'm back and the gentleman on the phone said we'd mix it but they were rude once in store. Litterally an issue at this location every time terrible. Literally back to the discussion of why fast food. Amd simple ass shit yall don't deserve $20 an hour or close to it.

I was trying to use the app on the kiosk. The kiosk had an issue and I couldn’t use it. The man behind the counter did not care and rather than honor the deal said he couldn’t help even though I showed him the error on the kiosk.

McDonald’s is definitely a 3 star experience overall for food but it’s good as far as it goes. The fries are generally hot at this location and the service has always been good. It’s never gourmet or anything but if you are looking for a decent & quick burger you can count on McDonald’s to get one for you. If you get the quarter pounders that they make fresh it’s a better experience so that’s what I would recommend overall. If they made the Big Mac fresh that would be my go to as I like it better overall for taste, but the freshness can vary so it can be good or not depending on when you stop in.

We were asked to wait 15 min for our food. We were given cold food that was not fresh. Called the manager and he offered no assistance. Won’t be returning this is one of many reasons why I rarely eat fast food these days.
