Customer service is the absolute worst. They want you to use the kiosks and will totally ignore you unless you do. Make eye contact, wave, whatever - you're ignored. Been there twice. Walked out both times without ordering - not going back. There's a really tasty Wendy's across the street.

I have come to this location many times in the past and my experience has been good everytime until today. I placed a mobile order and I went through the drive thru to pick up my order and the cashier was extremely rude. She had a very condescending tone and you could tell she did not want to be there. I tried asking a question and she immediately cut me off. I was being kind the entire time, I don’t understand where the rudeness came from. I just ended up driving off. Whoever the lady is working the night shift needs to be fired.

DON’T GO HERE!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!! If you want stale buns, cold fries and missing food from your order then this is the place for you. I only go here for convenience of being close to my house but after tonight and wasting 40$ on 3 wrong and poorly put together meals, I’m done with this place…..

Rude. No customer skills. Ordered 2 chocolate shakes and burgers they took the order we payed and at pickup window handed our food then sarcastically asked if there was anything else. I asked for our shakes and was told machine was broken She said sarcastically again to the substitute drinks we ordered cokes but were charged for shakes then slammed the window. Can’t put the blame on them being busy because they weren’t.
Lady at the window gave me an attitude about wanting ranch & bbq for my chicken strips ridiculous

You have to pay for crappy destroyed food and wait 1 hr in drive thru nobody can be seen on window and would lie that they are out of stuff so they do not have to make it
