Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Whether in person or over the phone. They make you feel as if you're an inconvenience. I've never received a thank you for my order and not even a smile. Only gave them multiple chances because of how close they are located to our home. We will not be back

Worst customer service I've ever received. I only gave it one star to be able to post this reviews. The lady who greeted us was rude to say the least. We had some questions about the menu items and this woman went for our heads the three times we asked and that third time was the last time I let her disrespect us. We walked out of that place so fast and will never come back. Unbelievable!

Right off the bat the woman who is taking our order was very rude trying to rush us through making our order and didn’t give us a single split-second to decide on what we wanted between two different dishes running a restaurant you need to have patience with your customer and this woman had none if she was a doctor she would have no patienceWe ended up ordering from a different place that was absolutely wonderful and I had no complications

A dear friend of mine who services many restaurants in Kenosha for pest control mentioned that I should steer clear of this place. They said most restaurants stay on top of it but this one is infested and they don't seem to care.

Love love love this place! Before we discovered this place, we settled for subpar Chinese takeout and at a higher price! Ming Garden is affordable and delicious. Highly recommended

The food is good but the customer service rates a 0 , we waited for an 1.5 hour on our food and called twice first time got a man that answered the phone could not tell us when the food will be delivered the second time we got a women she said we are very busy that she didn’t have time to talk to me and could not tell me when our food would get delivered we ended up going into the restaurant to pick up since they already charged my card $50.00 order and would be a nightmare to get Reimbursed back.

It is the worst Chinese restaurant I have ever gone to. And if you ask for any substitutions. It's a no. It's like the soup natzi on Seinfeld. No soup for you. They only serve beef egg rolls with no beef just cabbage.

As much as I do enjoy their food. The customer service skills are terrible. I called for delivery, and the woman on the phone was downright rude. Learn how to speak to people respectfully. So it's better to speak to the guy there because he at least has manners.

Best, most flavorful lo mein in Kenosha! As for other entrees, they have a very extensive and authentic menu. They have food there I haven’t seen anywhere else locally. I love the variety of fresh veggies they have as well.

Excellent food! Excellent delivery time! Very nice delivery girl! The egg rolls were very tasty and cooked perfectly. This is some of the best egg drop soup I've had. It was thick and rich and had a lot of flavor. The Beef with peapods was very good. The meat was tender and the vegetables were crisp and fresh.
