Always enjoy going there. It is a little pricey, but worth it. Everything I've had there is great. The staff is so friendly.

This place is awesome. The food is best BBQ and sides, I think in the area hands down. The service is outstanding, and the decoration on the wall that honors all military and public service workers is touching. I had the 3 meat combo moist brisket cooked to perfection, jalapeño sausage with cheese OMG, and seasonal huge grilled shrimp to die for. You get 2 sides, which I had Maggie's Mac and cheese and baked beans with brisket and cornbread. The sides are made from scratch, and you can tell there's nothing but love put into the overall menu. I'll be going back regularly. There are, I think, 9 different sauces to choose from, and if you're not sure what you like, they give you a couple of each with your order. My favorite was the smoky mountain and Memphis belle.

Been a customer to the brand for years. I have seen management change a several times. The food and quality of service has been the best it’s ever been. I love the Turkey, Ribs and the newest side of cucumber tomato salad was stellar. The new store manager is so very kind and has a true servants heart from talking with her a couple times. The team she has here everyone is always smiles and excitement. When you walk into this store it fills you with a breathe of fresh air, Freedom, and Brisket! This is by far the best local BBQ in the Midwest! I will continue to come and patron this fantastic establishment and what they stand for!

Never been here before so when a friend said let’s go we did and honestly I was not impressed. The ribs were super dry and the brisket was all fat. Not what I expected for a BBQ place. The cashier seemed like she didn’t want to be there and was not friendly. I will say the only good thing were the sides.

I got the brisket and pulled pork....with Mac n cheese ....was Luke warm.
Mac n cheese would expect to be steaming.
Nope.
Did you guys turn the heat down?
The meat was good, and well seasoned

If I could give my review zero stars I would!!! It was my first time at this location and it was absolutely HORRIBLE! We paid $75 for some fat that was supposed to be brisket, dry ribs and mediocre Mac & cheese.. My Son’s brisket was literally ALL fat. Went back up to the counter expecting better results and it was actually WORSE! The worker gave me a literal PILE of bs. I’ve never been more disappointed... If you’re considering patronizing this establishment please save yourself the time & money and go somewhere else or try the location in Milwaukee.

Very disappointed with trying to ask a simple catering question. Tried calling, however I got put on hold twice for 30 minutes. I still want to order and cater but, man that’s a sour taste.

Pretty terrible if I'm being honest. I'm sure it's fine if you've never had decent BBQ or maybe I caught em at a bad time, it was slow so idk. Meat was obviously old. Ribs flake apart like fish, yet are still dry. Outsides like leather. Clearly reheated. Brisket was even worse, extremely dry and tough, had to take tiny bites to get it down. Mac and cheese was average, at best. I'd been there before so my expectations weren't high, just brought my daughter because she likes Ribs. $40 for 2 plates of bad food is crazy work. I guess if you like to look at decorations, it's a good place. A 4.5 rating makes me sad for humanity. Not looking for a free meal or coupon, don't worry. Wish I would've eaten at the restaurant so I coulda got it replaced though.

My family went for Veteran’s Day. My father is an Air Force veteran and I’m an Army veteran. A female manager came over to help our cashier and I asked if there were any specials for veterans. She replied “We got something better and directed me towards what appeared to be a paid membership club”. Don’t advertise free sandwiches for veterans if you don’t intend to honor it. Food was good.

First time visiting Mission BBQ. The food was delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. They gave us free samples of their seasonal items and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good first experience
