I was surprised at how very good my non-noodle lunch was! I had chicken with a side of broccoli and cheese garlic bread. Only downside was having to throw out my plastic dishes - no recycling bin available.

I am incredibly disappointed with the decline in quality at Noodles and Company. Our recent visit left much to be desired. The pasta sauce was disappointingly watery and lacked any discernible flavor profile, a far cry from the rich and savory dishes I used to enjoy. The pot stickers we ordered as an appetizer were shockingly ice cold, a glaring oversight in basic food preparation.Adding insult to injury, all our dishes were unceremoniously dumped into cheap, plastic containers, a stark departure from the once-classy presentation on glass plates. It's disheartening to witness such a decline in what was once a go-to spot for a satisfying meal.The entire experience felt rushed and substandard. It's truly a shame to see a restaurant I once held in high regard fall so far from its former glory. Needless to say, after this disappointing visit, I have no plans to return to Noodles and Company.

Two friends and I drove about 8 miles to come to this location to get dinner. As we arrived the location was closed two hours before the assigned closing time. All other locations around this restaurant were open still for business. According to google, Apple Maps, and door dash this location was still open for service. Have to do better and mark online if you will be closed wasted gas, time, and didn’t get our dinner like we planned !

I'd love to not give this DISGUSTING place any stars. The bathroom was so gross. Someone peed all over the seat and no one who works here is even caring to clean it. Empty seating area in the dining room has used dishes just sitting there! It took them almost 30 minutes to bring us our food but the Togo orders seemed to go by super quick. Finally when my MAC AND CHEESE arrived it wasn't even cooked! Literally just noodles with shredded cheese sitting on top. I felt the cheese and it's cold, I asked the worker was this even cooked and she said oh yeah it's been sitting there and we're busy so that's why it's cold! YO! Like who tf says that. Also anyone with a brain would know that cheese doesn't cool down and turn back into shreds! TF! So I said I'm not eating this and I want a refund. We don't give refunds here she replied. Who doesn't give refunds? Like what! So she spoke to her manager and he refunded us. Also there was spilled soda on the floor that looks like it's been there, everything in this place was so gross. How has the health department not shut down this toilet of a restaurant? The garbage dump outside the parking lot looked a lot cleaner than this place!

Usually, this location is good... Every other time Mac & Cheese (as well as the other dishes) have been awesome. Tonight, we get Mac & Cheese with un-melted cheese on top (2 orders) so we couldn't eat it until we got home 45 min later to put it in the microwave . I called the store before we decided to nuke it and the lady there said that it's not supposed to have melted cheese on top. It's supposed to have plain shredded cheese, not melted. I said that that the Mac & Cheese has always had the cheese melted and I've never had Mac & Cheese with cold cheese... She said no, they just throw the cheese on top and it's not supposed to melt.No problem. We will start going to the Noodles & Company that's 2 miles the other direction.

5+++⭐Yep,Pleasantly surprised!The menu was diverse, what we ordered was very good. The chicken Alfredo, my wife got the zucchini noodles, very good. I would recommend this eatery highly, everyone was kind, the interior was spotless, the bathrooms were really clean, and you can get your own drinks. That's pretty cool if you're sitting there for a while after you eat, and sip on a soda or two.We definitely will be going back, it's not Ramen, but it's the next best thing!One thing to remember if you didn't know, if the bathrooms are clean the kitchen is clean, if the bathrooms are dirty, go somewhere else! My husband had a bad experience but I wanted to give this location another chance- I wish I hadn’t. I ordered a stuffed pasta meal and my husband ordered the chicken Parmesan. The drink machine was out of ice, but the cashier was nice enough to tell us up front and give us ice from the back. Then when we got our drink, the sodas all tasted flat. Oh well, no biggie. Time goes by, and everyone around us and all the to go people get their food. Twenty minutes pass and we still haven’t gotten our food. My husband checks on it and they suddenly bring it out, like we were forgotten about. His food was scalding and mine was colder than room temperature. Even worse, it was pretty expensive for my serving to only have like 8 stuffed noodles in it total. We brought it back and mentioned it was cold and the cashier didn’t seem at all apologetic. I just got Chick-fil-A on the way home, where my food and service was far better. I wish I could say it was an isolated experience but I’m not willing to test the theory.
