Carissimi Ragazzi, from Oak Fire Pizzeria Napoletana - This restaurant has real potential, but several areas need attention. The atmosphere is missing an authentic Italian touch. The fake plants feel unnecessary, and the space would benefit from Italian fixtures, art, and photography. Italian or Italian-American music would also help create the right mood.
- For food, I started with the bruschetta. Unfortunately, it was toasted in the oven, which made it more like a crostini. Bruschetta should be grilled for proper flavor and texture. The tomatoes also need olive oil, salt, pepper, and better seasonings. You shouldn’t use the end parts of the tomatoes. It should be nice, clean cuts. I also ordered prosciutto, which i assume is di parma, should be sliced per order, not pre sliced. Presentation matters here as well.
- Condiment containers need care. The salt and pepper shakers were sticky, and the olive oil and cheese were not filled, which leaves a poor impression.
- The Margherita pizza was good—no complaints overall—but a bit more seasoning and basil would elevate it even further.
- The biggest issue, however, was management and service. I don’t blame the staff; the real problem is the lack of leadership. The owner or manager needs to step in, guide the team, and set higher standards for professionalism. There should be a manager on the floor eyeing the tables making sure everything’s in order and greeting everyone. As a result, it makes the place feel more welcoming.
- Overall, I give this place a 5/10. With better management, authentic Italian atmosphere, and attention to detail in the kitchen, it could truly become something special.

LOVED this spot! I will return. Wood fired pizza was perfect 👌 Service was on point 👉 👈, Izaiah was super friendly and made sure our dining experience was a 10. The dining area was very nice, modern, clean and open. Next time i would love to sit on the patio.
