The workers there were very friendly. They were willing to answer questions. I asked about bread bowls, and without my asking, one woman went to the freezer in the back. She came out with a bag of 2 bread bowls. The place was spotless and well organized. My only complaint was not everything had a price on it.

This was my first time stopping here to grab a variety of items. Cookies, donuts and bread are all good. There are plenty more to choose from. Worth the stop to check out this iconic bakery. The people working the counter were very nice and helpful. You won't be disappointed with whatever you choose!

I was craving a napoleon cake since I moved to WI and finally I found Paielli’s Bakery in Kenosha , WI . I called the bakery and a nice lady answered me and assured me that they have it available. I sent my husband to get it and was happy with our purchase , it was fresh and tastes yummy as expected. We will be a regular customer to this wonderful place and we highly recommend it .
I had requested some customized cookies for my wedding and had a family member pick them up. The pick up date was set for two days before my wedding. When I saw the cookies, they were the completely wrong color than what I had requested (I sent pictures, spoke to and confirmed colors and design before officially placing the order and they were still wrong). I called to ask them what they can do to fix their mistake and they’re response was that they wouldn’t be able to accommodate and make new cookies in time and if I wanted a refund, to bring the cookies back? They were less than accommodating when these were the only cookies I had planned for my wedding. Very disappointed.
