I had a couple hours to kill while my car was being repaired and I though Panera would be a great place to read a book. A long story short, the inside was absolutely filthy. 30 minutes past my ready time, I walked out and went next door to Chili's. This must be the worst Pamera location I've ever been to. It used to be nice but has gone downhill. Avoid. I also put a dispute into my credit card for the purchase.

Literally went to the kiosk. There were maybe two other people total ordering. 42 minutes from when I ordered 3 pick two items until I got my food. Absolutely awful management obviously.

Accidentally didn’t change my mobile order to drive-thru pick-up, so when I got to the window the staff member was passive aggressively explaining the difference of in-store and drive-thru. Honest mistake on my end, but there was no need to be condescending about the situation, especially when the drive thru was (surprisingly) not too busy.

I ordered a green smoothie for drive thru pick up at 1:15pm today and when I drank down to half, I noticed paper in my mouth. I then saw PART OF A RECEIPT! I look in my drink and oh my god a whole receipt was in there. I’m not kidding you and I wouldn’t be making this up cause this is so messed up! These workers weren’t paying attention and put a whole receipt in my drink or they did it on purpose. This is so horrible.

I'm done with this location. Workers are friendly but I've had more bad meals here than anywhere else. Half the time the bread is old. My last sandwich had all the turkey slices rolled up on one side, and the one before that had undercooked chicken. Not worth $15.

the staff dont matter no ones perfect. get ur sammy w a side of maccy.
No service whatsoever, we had a worker who peeked out from the back, rolled the eyes, disappeared for 5 minutes & we left! Counters were dirty. Seems the ONLINE ORDERS were more important. Never going back, what a shame this establishment has become.

Always end up waiting 15 minutes or longer in the drive thru just because of one car holding everything up. If their order is going to take that long or is taking longer than usual send them around to the front and get the line moving. Absolutely ridiculous to have to wait that long just for a soup or sandwich.

Online/Drive through ordering has been terrible, we will sit in line for 15 minutes waiting in line for one car to get their order, one top of a line being out to the road, not sure what is going on or what the issue is but it is beyond frusterating
