I cannot eat here anymore. I cannot 😭 I ordered pizza from here yesterday and now I’m sick as hell in bed been up since 4am throwing up nothing will stay down not even water I’ve got bad diarrhea I’m not sure if this has happened to anyone else but I can’t do it no more I was fine then woke up out of my sleep throwing up and just breaking out into sweats

Very annoyed! Spoke to the manager and he couldn’t care less! My order was routed to door dash and left outside for 20 minutes. Had I known this, I would’ve gone somewhere else. Also my box was open and not taped shut!

We ordered large pepperoni garlic epic stuffed crust on 4/25/25 for delivery before noon. It was delivered and literally soaked with grease like no pizza ever before. Threw 3/4 of it in the garbage as it was inedible. Ordered breadsticks also. Were greasy but edible. Been ordering for years from this location and never had this issue before. Gonna be a while before we risk ordering from here again. Can’t even conceive how a pizza could be this soaked with grease.

We really enjoy Papa Johns. The food tastes better than the majority of other chain pizza restaurants. They usually have good deals so that you can get more bang for your buck, plus you get rewards. Who doesn't love that? The downside is that sometimes the pizzas appear to be cut in a hurry and slammed into the box. I always order extra sauce on my pizzas, and there is usually not much on them, even after adding it to be extra.

They are so this disgusting they scratch their heads and then immediately start tossing dough, one guy even pulled an air pod out his ear and grabbed the dough right after not washing his hands either. They need to be shut down

I accidentally ordered pick up when I thought I was having it delivered. I called and Stephen said it was no problem and they would go ahead and deliver it to me as it was done. I’m in a boot from surgery on my foot and cannot drive. I don’t even tell him that until after he was having it delivered. Stephen is one great employee for sure!!!!!!

I would give no stars if I could..I ordered 4 pizza’s to be delivered and was told 45 minutes. The driver tried to call me twice and my phone never rang and then texted me that I have the wrong address, which I told the guy one the phone 3x what my address was. So after another 45 minutes I call them and explain what happened. I was put on hold to talk to a manager and when that person picked up they hung up on me. I tried to call back only to keep being put on hold. They refused to answer my calls. I ended up having to order from a different restaurant. I should also mention I called back from several different phone numbers.

DO NOT EAT HERE !! i ordered a cookie pan from uber eats last night mind you i’ve ordered cookie pans from different pizza places including dominos pizza hunt n yesterday last night i couldn’t even finish theirs… i went to bed and around 4 am ish i was throwing up constantly !! literally until the afternoon i did not stop throwing up and i have super bad diarrhea and im not the only one who’s ate there and felt like this my friend just told me she heard they are not sanitary !! please please be careful if you do order from here !

I placed an order for me and my daughter with delivery service option. I pay online and leave a tip of 10 dls. For the delivery. I live 3 mins from this place, but I’m sick and unable to go and pick it up. Well, 5 mins later I was messaged that my food was ready for pick up. I started calling this place and for 30 mins no body pick the phone. I had to get up, dress and drive with fever and pain to this place, cause the food was ready 35 mins ago. When I got the place, 3 guys where working there, but they look extremely lost at what were they doing. I didn’t have the energy to deal with more and just took my food and leave the place. Oh well, this is the last time I order from here.
