I would give no stars if I could..I ordered 4 pizza’s to be delivered and was told 45 minutes. The driver tried to call me twice and my phone never rang and then texted me that I have the wrong address, which I told the guy one the phone 3x what my address was. So after another 45 minutes I call them and explain what happened. I was put on hold to talk to a manager and when that person picked up they hung up on me. I tried to call back only to keep being put on hold. They refused to answer my calls. I ended up having to order from a different restaurant. I should also mention I called back from several different phone numbers.

DO NOT EAT HERE !! i ordered a cookie pan from uber eats last night mind you i’ve ordered cookie pans from different pizza places including dominos pizza hunt n yesterday last night i couldn’t even finish theirs… i went to bed and around 4 am ish i was throwing up constantly !! literally until the afternoon i did not stop throwing up and i have super bad diarrhea and im not the only one who’s ate there and felt like this my friend just told me she heard they are not sanitary !! please please be careful if you do order from here !

I placed an order for me and my daughter with delivery service option. I pay online and leave a tip of 10 dls. For the delivery. I live 3 mins from this place, but I’m sick and unable to go and pick it up. Well, 5 mins later I was messaged that my food was ready for pick up. I started calling this place and for 30 mins no body pick the phone. I had to get up, dress and drive with fever and pain to this place, cause the food was ready 35 mins ago. When I got the place, 3 guys where working there, but they look extremely lost at what were they doing. I didn’t have the energy to deal with more and just took my food and leave the place. Oh well, this is the last time I order from here.

called 3xs waited 5-10 min each time tried placing a online order it said it was closed so i came in. when i came in nobody greeted me both employees did not have hair nets on no aprons no gloves the lady didnt even want to talk to me. when i asked about specials nobody knew anything. horrible service skills the lady with the purple hair was coughing everywhere nasty ash she literally caughed while handing me my pizza nasty ash. for it being the only papa johns in the area this is a sad ass excuse for a papa johns!

So I didn't write a review for my prior poor service. I have again received horrible service. I think we can all agree it's not too difficult to cut pizza into nice even triangle slices. Our past two orders have come to us butchered. The bread sticks seemed to be a day old or over cooked as they were so hard to chew. We had ordered extra dipping sauce and didn't receive any on both my orders. Papa John you are an absolute let down I will no longer be ordering from you.
