We love pas pizza but after tonight I’m done. We ordered and waited 2 hours. Our pizza showed up cold and smashed. We called and all they could do apparently was offer us $5 credit which expires in 30 days. Our total was $50 and we gave a $10 tip like we always do.
We are definitely not returning again.

Got a 4 piece chicken two orders of jojo's with ranch. and a meatball bomber. I was charged for the ranch that I never got the meatballs were cut in half to make it look like there were 4 meatballs on the sandwich, there were only 2 the food was not hot at all and it was $35 with a tip $40 bucks I called and complained and all they could say is what do you want me to do? And I said you don't have to do anything. I'm never ordering from you again. This is a big disappointment. They used to have really good food and chicken dinners. Not just some 4 piece chicken. It was horrible I'm never odering from there again they should close the door if this is the type of food and service they are going to provide.

Ordered an extra large cheese pizza cheese pepperoni and extra cheese I receivedno extra cheese it was extra crispy /black burnt and when I asked for a refund they said oh we'll give you five bucks off your next order no offer to refund my food for money and have to use it within a month and this is the second or third time that we've had a problem just didn't complain but this took the cake. Very disappointed. Will not return I'll take my business somewhere else

Ordered delivery for the first time and was super impressed with the service, prices and quality of the food. More affordable than other places in Kenosha and very, vert good thin crust pizza. The breaded mushrooms were really good too. Order arrived 30 mins faster than estimated, driver was very friendly as was the person who answered the phone. Excited to go back!

1st time ordering.. Paid for two orders just to tip the delivery driver (because i forgot to ask when processing my 1st order so i made another small order trying to be generous). The driver forgot all 3 of my sodas and acted like my phone # didn't work when he arrived & stated blowing his horn outside.. Beware the hot wings are BREADED (this needs to be disclosed on the menu) and the pizza is just OKAY.. We didn't like the wings at all & threw most away. Almost $50 down the drain.
