Staff is super friendly, food was fantastic. They forgot an item in our order and had called us before we left the parking lot. Even gave us thai tea for our trouble. Definitely returning when we can.

We had Pimmts delivered. For $14, we got half the food you would get at other Asian restaurants in Kenosha! Phad King was nothing more than a spattering of vegetables and very tough steak that was like beef jerky! Dish was supposed to be spicy...the sauce was nothing more than very salty soy sauce! Absolutely terrible experience, will never order again!

Step back in time… to 2020.
This Thai spot is basically a living Covid museum. From the sneeze shield guarding the register to the faded social distancing arrows still stuck to the floor, it feels like the pandemic never ended here. And apparently, neither did their business model. The waitress casually explained that they made so much money during Covid running takeout-only that they decided, “Why fix what isn’t broken?” So now, you can technically sit inside, but don’t expect a real dine-in experience.
Cue my disappointment when our food arrived — on paper plates, with utensils that looked like they were stolen from a middle school cafeteria. I tried to stab a piece of chicken and my fork bent like it was auditioning for a magic trick. Nothing humbles you faster than realizing your meal is stronger than your silverware.
And let’s not forget the uninvited garnish: I’m fairly certain I spotted a dog hair nestled into my dish like it was part of the recipe. Authentic? Maybe. Appetizing? Definitely not.
The food itself? Surprisingly decent, but trapped in the tragic irony of being served on kindergarten craft-day supplies. If they’d just trade in the plastic forks for something that can actually pierce meat, this place might stand a chance at graduating from “Covid time capsule” to actual restaurant.

1/2 star at best...$35 for 2 bowls of mediocre soup and one overcooked order of crab rangoons. Served on a paper plate and plastic bowl.
Fast food restraunts have better service and food.
I will not be back. Plenty of good restaurants to go without getting ripped off.

A few of my favorite dishes. It seems their largest clientele is takeout rather than dine in. We mostly do takeout.
Positive: Their food has a really good taste. You can find a lot of orientals frequenting the restaurant, so that should give you a strong indication the food is quality. It really is authentic-style Thai food. My whole family and I love this place. In the picture are a couple of our favorite dishes. Very accommodating to allergies. I am always happy with the customer service, special attention I feel I receive when calling and arriving to pay, and appreciate how they ensure our order is correct. We’ve come to this restaurant now for years so I needed to share the positive experience we have had.
Negatives: Portion sizes are a little smaller than you might be used to at these restaurants, but I think it’s what you pay for food that is very tasty. Post-Covid they switched their dine-in experience to where you scan an app and place your order digitally. I prefer people engagements when doing dine-in, but it doesn’t seem to have hurt their business at all.

As a Kenosha resident, when I decide to get take out, it's so hard to not just order Pimmys. The food is so good, there are dozens of options for me as a vegetarian, the Tom Yum Soup is especially so delicious, and the staff are always so kind. 10/10. Honestly my favorite restaurant in town.

I was so pleasantly surprised by how good the food was at Pimmy’s Authentic Thai Cuisine! I ordered the shrimp fried rice and shrimp yellow curry, and both were absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned with rich, balanced flavors. The shrimp were plump, tender, and clearly fresh—not overcooked or rubbery like you sometimes find elsewhere. It was my first visit, but definitely not my last. This place is a hidden gem in Kenosha. Highly recommend!
Amazing quality service. They have a lot of pride in what they do and taking care of their customers
