Pizza Hut

Waited almost 90 minutes before calling to check on my online order, the man who answered was so rude, he said it was too late to “re-make” me another pizza, like dude, where’s my 1st pizza? Offers me a store credit? Why would I ever trust you again with another failed attempt at delivering me a pizza? Just credit my card and call it a lesson learned! Never again!!!

Their pan pizza is not the same it is more expensive with a different taste will never order again. ashamed it was a icon business but greed got in the way!

It is disappointing that this is the only Pizza Hut within my area. Every time I order and pick up my food, they still have the audacity to ask for a tip. What service have they provided that is any different from McDonald's, Wendy's, Taco Bell, or Burger King? The cost of the food is already exorbitant unless you can find a 30% off coupon. I will not tip for doing nothing more than handing me my food from a keep-warm box. Moreover, they frequently miss food items—tonight, no wings, with "out of stock" as their excuse. Do better and stop asking for tips; they are unwarranted for takeout.

Pizza was cold, pepperoni is burnt, cheese is burnt, people who delivered were 25 minutes late and the didn't want to give me my change and I had to ask for my change

Dosent deserve one star. Poor customer service and very unprofessional. They are disrespectful and will hang up on you even when they mess up. They don't know how the business works, how to make sure an order is correct, or how to make pizza correctly. Make sure you don't have an (I owe you) with them you will never get it they will take your money. Avoid this store at all cost. The manager Sarah does not care.

I asked for a little lighter on the sauce, and there was practically none. We couldn't even taste it. The toppings were just slopped on the crust very unevenly. Pizza Hut quality just keeps going downhill. We'll probably start ordering our pizza elsewhere.

Utilized the app to order a pizza & wings. Was called by the delivery driver to find out they had the incorrect address, only had my wings, & the bill was different than I ordered. Called the store, they canceled my order, I said I'd like to order over the phone since not one thing was correct via the app, I was told to use the app, & the employee said he had 3 people in line & hung up.
