Ordered a deep dish and got a hand tossed... called to let them know and a manager put the cook on to tell me it was a deep dish.. really.. so the cooks get to handle complaints now??? And of course I didn't even get refunded for the extra cost I paid for the thicker crust.. you judge by the pictures.. smh

Waited almost 90 minutes before calling to check on my online order, the man who answered was so rude, he said it was too late to “re-make” me another pizza, like dude, where’s my 1st pizza? Offers me a store credit? Why would I ever trust you again with another failed attempt at delivering me a pizza? Just credit my card and call it a lesson learned! Never again!!!

After waiting over 90 minutes for a pizza I ordered from the app that was never delivered, I called the store, they basically made it sound like it was too late to “re-make” me another pizza, and offered me a store credit, I said I don’t want a store credit, why would I ever try Pizza Hut again? He hung up on me, never again!!!! I’m done, so rude!!

I just got a call back from Amanda who followed up on a complaint that I had for a soggy pizza and wings. She wasn’t amazing. She gave us a credit. Make sure everything was great. Make sure I left a happy customer. She was wonderful. Great job Amanda. Thank you very much.

I love Pizza Hut and liked getting it at the other locations but somehow the dirtiest dingiest one is the only one left. Service is slow and disorganized.

Food was excellent. Staff was stand off ish. There were multiple people in kitchen including manager. I had to wait for manager to finish before I could get my food. Didn't understand why a different employee couldn't finish what manager was doing. Restaurant was dingy and dirty. Staff left little to be desired. No pride in their appearance, no smiling, dirty aprons.

Their pan pizza is not the same it is more expensive with a different taste will never order again. ashamed it was a icon business but greed got in the way!

It is disappointing that this is the only Pizza Hut within my area. Every time I order and pick up my food, they still have the audacity to ask for a tip. What service have they provided that is any different from McDonald's, Wendy's, Taco Bell, or Burger King? The cost of the food is already exorbitant unless you can find a 30% off coupon. I will not tip for doing nothing more than handing me my food from a keep-warm box. Moreover, they frequently miss food items—tonight, no wings, with "out of stock" as their excuse. Do better and stop asking for tips; they are unwarranted for takeout.

Pizza was cold, pepperoni is burnt, cheese is burnt, people who delivered were 25 minutes late and the didn't want to give me my change and I had to ask for my change

Dosent deserve one star. Poor customer service and very unprofessional. They are disrespectful and will hang up on you even when they mess up. They don't know how the business works, how to make sure an order is correct, or how to make pizza correctly. Make sure you don't have an (I owe you) with them you will never get it they will take your money. Avoid this store at all cost. The manager Sarah does not care.
