This place survives on the Pizza Hut name brand alone because the service is dismal. An hour and a half after I placed my order and 30 minutes after is was supposed to be delivered, they tell me that someone stole my order.
So when I called 30 minutes earlier to check the status of my order and they told me everything was fine and the order was almost at my door, they were not truthful.
The person on the phone was just not nice about it either — sounded like a teen with an attitude. It was a terrible experience that left me hungry.

Very good at listening to orders over the phone. Has a bathroom inside. Perfect pizza and no wet greasy bottom on the crust.

Just an absolutely poorly run store. They just constantly push out awful food and when you reach out to support they say that the franchise owner will reach out to make it right and they never do. I'm done ordering from here, you guys suck.

This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Pizza Hut. I placed an order at 6:40 PM and was told it would arrive by 7:28 PM. By 7:48 PM, I still had no food, so I called the store. They assured me it would be pulling up any minute.
By 8:00 PM, still nothing. When I called again, they admitted my order had been “mixed up.” Instead of owning up to their mistake, they told me the driver was finally on the way. I told them I didn’t want pizza that had been sitting around for nearly two hours, because of course it would be cold. The employee’s response? “Chill out, it’s in the heater.”
That is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Not only did I not get my food anywhere near the promised time, but to be spoken to like that by staff is unbelievable. If this is how Pizza Hut treats paying customers, then they clearly don’t care about customer service or quality.
I will never order from this location again and would strongly warn anyone else to think twice before wasting their time and money here.

I placed an order through GrubHub, and they sent me an order that was completely wrong from what I actually ordered. I called the store to find that they weren’t interested in helping to make things right. They said there wasn’t anything they could do, and I had to go thru GrubHub.
The person who answered the phone was not helpful and by the end of the call he just hung up on me.
I’ll never order anything from them again and I will never recommend them to anyone.

If I could give negative stars I would. My boyfriend ordered $50 worth of food and it was the wrong order through GrubHub. However I’ve ordered from door dash and Door Dash refunded my money and The restaurant remade my food and sent it back out at their cost.-100 ⭐️’s

Cheese on the pizza was super crispy and overcooked and same for the cheese sticks... wasn't really edible very crunchy all around.... check your food when it's delivered!!!

Ordered a deep dish and got a hand tossed... called to let them know and a manager put the cook on to tell me it was a deep dish.. really.. so the cooks get to handle complaints now??? And of course I didn't even get refunded for the extra cost I paid for the thicker crust.. you judge by the pictures.. smh

Waited almost 90 minutes before calling to check on my online order, the man who answered was so rude, he said it was too late to “re-make” me another pizza, like dude, where’s my 1st pizza? Offers me a store credit? Why would I ever trust you again with another failed attempt at delivering me a pizza? Just credit my card and call it a lesson learned! Never again!!!

I just got a call back from Amanda who followed up on a complaint that I had for a soggy pizza and wings. She wasn’t amazing. She gave us a credit. Make sure everything was great. Make sure I left a happy customer. She was wonderful. Great job Amanda. Thank you very much.

I love Pizza Hut and liked getting it at the other locations but somehow the dirtiest dingiest one is the only one left. Service is slow and disorganized.
