Ivory helped me out tonight? with my two pan pizzas they were made just the way I ordered they were awesome I give her a couple thumbs up I drive by three other Pizza Huts to go out to this one because they make it right like this

Pizza and Employees were Great! I think owner needs to update inside a little but overall I like going there. They do a good carry out business. I Love Pizza Hut Pizza!Vegetarian options: I’m not Vegetarian. It’s a Pizza Hut, so it’s a set menu for all Pizza Huts.Parking: It’s a few out- stores location. Do big parking lot for the stores. I think they have parking places up close for carry out orders.

The new manager ivory went above and beyond just customer satisfaction she brought my parmesan cheese that was forgotten on my order she made sure that I got what I ordered and I appreciate that so much maybe other business can learn from her what customer service truly is and should be my hats off to Pizza Hut for promoting a real leader.

Hadn't had a pizza from Pizza Hut in years! Returning home from the hospital, I wanted to get something to eat. My husband said, "How about Pizza Hut? We drove to this location and had service right away, and Isaiah was very polite and helpful. He even brought our pizza to us in our car! The meatlovers' pizza was delicious!

Walked in and got my pizza within 20 minutes of ordering. Got back from carrying out, opened up the box, and the pizza was dry and crusty. Called and got argued with over the phone when I asked for a new pizza with exchanging the other one out. Got hung up on. Drove back out and was shown the new pizza, and it was shoved across the counter to me. Happily gave the other pizza back, turned to walk out of the store to the worker yelling at me that I was wrong for asking for a new pizza. Terrible customer service from a restaurant I have ordered from numerous times, and I usually have no issues. Worker acted as though they were in grade school rather than being an adult.

It's not gourmet, but is good pizza at decent prices. Sometimes delivery can be a little slow, but pickup is super fast. All staff are polite and friendly.

Not very friendly, no air conditioning. Told us to order from the app, but we left because it was so stinking hot. It should of been a sign when the workers were hanging outside where it was cooler until we walked in. I miss dining in at pizza hut with a salad bar etc. Seams like the chain in headed down and out

Just ordered delivery here tonight. Prompt service, and the driver even noticed we were in a hotel and so brought plates and napkins for us. Appreciate that extra thoughtfulness!
