Food was nearly 30 minutes late and ice cold, delivery driver should have had his prune juice and gone to bed after Matlock because he was incredibly rude to my wife when asked about missing items, clearly it was past his bedtime.

When i called the store about the item, I was informed it would be doordashed to us and hung up on promptly.

Service here is terrible. I literally stood in the lobby for 10 minutes and had to yell into the kitchen... was told 3 times "someone will be right up"....no one came. 20 minutes if watching my pizzas sit in the warmer is ridiculous. This place will not stay in business much longer. Worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. I will not be back again. Very sad to listen to the employees argue in the back and not even acknowledge me.

The employee was absolutely amazing, the restaurant was very clean, the bathroom was clean, and I'm not a huge pizza enthusiast, but, in all my years, it was the best pizza ever. The crust was perfect, as
well as the rest of it (pan pizza). We also had cheesy bread, which was also perfect. I found our next favorite pizza place. Also, much more affordable than the pizza places. We went to the Pizza Hut on 18th Street in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Thank you Mari.

People these days need to be patient and considerate. You waited a few minutes on your food... People make mistakes... Learn some humility. First time here and my food was hot and fresh from an online order.
Margaret served me and was great. Give these people some room, everyone is so upset with waiting but the crew is working hard and running around to fill your order. Food service isn't as easy as you like to think it is. Thank you Margaret and team for the food.

We placed the order tonight at 9:09 pm for delivery for a large supreme thin crust pizza with extra sausage and 6 medium buffalo wings. Tracker was set for 9:54 pm for delivery. We decided to call at 9:30 pm to check status of order in advance and spoke to a young lady that stated driver had 2 orders and actually in route headed our way. Time passed, and it was now 10 pm and still no order. We called store and young lady was honest and stated the driver is very old and explained that she also has another customer on hold who also stated their order never arrived for delivery! The worker stated this was the delivery drivers first night and as customers we initially tried to be understanding as the worker stated the driver will call us to get better directions because he was lost. It is now 10:15 pm and still no order. We called multiple times to the store to see what is the ETA and was told by customer service it will be 10:40 pm and was lied to by them. At this point I am infuriated and asked them to transfer us to the store. The first worker we initially spoke to from 9ish was very honest from the beginning and stated that the driver was lost but still NO CALL from the driver and its almost 11 pm. I and my partner called the store again several times to get some kind of refund and was either left on hold or phone just rung. Once another female worker answered the phone, instead of being sincere she was extremely uncaring with a deep and raspy voice that sounded like she chews Newports instead of smoking them and said, "Don't have an attitude and that the driver is 80 years old," after we have tried since 9:54 with no pizza to be understanding! It is NOT the customers fault! Be forreal!!!! I asked her what other options we have as I needed to be refunded for services not rendered because it is unfair to us to receive cold pizza after I paid almost 60 dollars for a delivery that was damn near 2 hours ago and was again placed on hold. Eventually, the driver called my partners cell phone while I was still on hold with store and stated he can't see at night and forgot where he was! Pizza Hut should be ashamed of themselves for not considering the safety and well being of staff especially those that are elderly. Equal Opportunity or not..you are leaving your customers to hang in the balance. The food arrived at 11 pm by your elderly driver who is either sundowning or has some type of dementia. He needs to work during the day and not at night to keep him safe and customers happy! The product we received was cold and what is the point of ordering with your store for us to have to put the pizza from a late delivery directly back into our home oven!! We should have been apologized to and reimbursed or compensated!!

Terrible price on pizza in the Kenosha Milwaukee area. The price of a large single topping pizza is $9.99 in other areas. Why is the price $18 and up here. I refuse to pay that

I’d leave zero stars if I could.. we ordered online and got a notification that it would be delivered in about 25 minutes. Then we were updated that it would be an additional 30 minutes, THEN we were notified it would be ANOTHER additional 30 minutes. We called to inquire and were told it all depends on the “door dash driver.” We didn’t order thru door dash and we were not made aware of that when we ordered online. Now we have to wait up to 5 days for our refund and will not be ordering again. It’s a shame because my husband likes their boneless wings and we are hungry! I get that businesses are trying to adapt to survive, but this is not the way to do it. Best of luck
