I asked for extra veggies and got push back and got guac ( she gave me the equivalent of a tablespoon and when i asked for more i got push back. It almost felt like i was doing them a dis service for being there. I was happy and smiley and got back dirty looks bad customer exp. Sad part, i think it may have been the mgr

Food was decent but the atmosphere was horrible. 7:45 and it’s Club QDOBA with music blasting loudly through the restaurant and it’s every swear word in the book along with descriptions of sexual acts. Many kids came in and out. Have been here dozens of times with no issues but I won’t be coming back

HORRIBLE!!! Ordered over $100 of family meal. First…..wrong order delivered (TOTALLY WRONG ORDER AND NAME…….was only a meal for 1). Back and forth with them?!……was delivered not only COLD…..but missing tortillas and chips. CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES BUT DUE TO ME CALLING WHEN MY ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED?!……BUT WHEN FINALLY DELIVERED AND THINGS MISSING?!……THEY WOULDNT ANSWER THE PHONE!! CALLED FROM NUMEROUS PHONES. Evening shift is HORRIBLE!!! I’ll be going in tomorrow DURING THE DAY to report and get what was missing in my HUGE order!!! Never again.

If you went on the 31st of October for the bogo entree you probably had a similar experience to me. The employee with the long hair was so full of attitude, impatient, made me feel inconvenienced by just standing in front of her. She gave small portions looked like she didn’t want to be there at all. I’m normally nice and try to give the benefit of the doubt to service workers but this was beyond acceptable. Most the toppings were below halfway and no one was on the grill. I would think they would be better prepared seeing they have a big promotion that night.

Food was NOT fresh, hard rice, wilted lettuce, stale chips served by an EQUALLY stale, wilted hard faced server with LOTS of ATTITUDE as she SLAPPED the food into the bowls and gave NASTY attitude when asked for more .
You would think they would be prepared since this is a Buy-one- get-one, once-a-year event. THEY SHOULD ALL BE FIRED.
LOTS OF OTHER CHOICES...THIS LOCATION HAS BEEN GOING DOWN HILL THIS PAST YEAR. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Let me just start off by saying today October 27 at 2:55 PM my two children went in because they truly love to eat Qdoba. It seems to as time goes on these companies are getting very stingy with their portion sizes after spending almost $30 in the store. My kids called me complaining about their portion size also sending me a photo of their bowl. they also stated that the person filling their order and the cashier was very rude to them. What truly pisses me off is at us hard-working people spend our hard earned money at these places to get skimmed on food that we pay top dollar for? I am demanding for higher up to contact me about this issue or I will make sure that not only myself but every single person that I know who eats attack Qdoba completely stops
I usually love Qdoba but honestly this particular location serves food that is entirely inedible. The chicken was so burnt , I could barely chew it. The rice was so overcooked , it was complete mush. The fajita veggies were completely undercooked and under seasoned. On top of that, the staff were fighting with each other and yelling. Honestly just skip this location - it should be on Kitchen Nightmares.

The food was ok but the presentation was sloppy. The employee were rude to each other and the customers and the tables and floor were messy and a lot of left over food on tables and floor. Right now I don't plan on going back or recommend anyone to this place

The service here is by far the worst! I was driving home from Illinois and decided to stop here, big mistake. On top of the service being horrible the food was extremely salty and disgusting. I couldn’t stomach it at all. My Husband took one bite and threw his away. We both have high blood pressure and this food raised mines within a few hours of taking only 3 bites. Those chips are bathed in salt, rice undercooked and crunchy, beans flavorless. I’m starting to believe in this company less and less. I wouldn’t recommend this location and honestly the chain as a whole.

Never do a mobile order here. Staff is completely incompetent at prioritizing mobile orders vs people in store. You should not have to wait well over 30 minutes for a mobile order vs someone coming in ordering and getting out in under 5. This is not the first time we've had this issue with this location. But it will be the last. Completely unacceptable.

Better phone ahead to make sure they have what you want. I went to Kenosha location all the way from Illinois. Just for them to tell me they have no chips. For the 3cheese nachos. I mean what’s the point of staying open to 10 if you don’t have anything to eat at 9. They had basically shut down. PANDA who also closes at 10 got me right and that was at 935 945 after riding around trying to find something else.
