I should give this a two star but the food was good, served fresh. But I had two issues. It looked like the floors and carpets hadn't been mopped or vacuumed. Maybe it's because they were busy, I don't know but that's what I noticed first. Also one of the workers was on his phone the whole time while making our food, He didn't show or act like he wanted to be there. We felt like we were rushed through our order. He seemed more annoyed that he had to be there working than anything else. I get everyone has bad days at work as well as I do, but I think showing a little bit of professionalism in front of customers can go a long way.

We went in there to take our dinner. We requested them as we are vegetarian we don’t eat meat. While making a bowl we saw there was meat in black beans and we told the lady to take it out but she didn’t listen and mixed it up in beans so we asked her to give us beans from new bowl and tried to explain what she just did. She was the manager there also very rude and not ready to listen at all. I would not recommend this place if someone is pure vegetarian or vegan as they don’t care about the customer. Very poor customer service and bad staff under weak management. I wish I can give 0 star if possible.

This was my first time trying this place since my go to is Chipotle. I was extremely disappointed. For one it took forever for then to help 4 customers in front of me and the steak in my bowl was burnt. They didn’t have any lettuce or veggies. Never again.

I just had the most disgusting, sloppy garbage served to me. When I approached the employees to correct the items missing from my order, they were eating off of the line and proceeded to serve me with their dirty hands. They were out of most of what I was missing, and didn't seem to care. Very disappointing.

This review is for a take out order I placed online in October and had some trouble. I called and spoke to the GM who said he would take care of me, he was working Monday and he would make sure my order was ready. I called before I left to pick up our team lunch. Guess what, he forgot - OK he had time to make it before I got there. I had two vegetarian meals and one with chicken. In route, I get a call saying they didn't have chicken. It wouldn't be defrosted in time. I am not sure how you can go into the start of your lunch rush with no chicken, but I called my colleague who said beef would be OK. Arranged for beef. Arrive, the store was a mess and dirty looking. The glass windows probably hadn't been cleaned in two months. As I paid for the order, the GM checked and I was given 3 veggie meals - no beef. Then he wanted to know if it was OK to take the other meal back. Will not offer to go there for the team, in addition to another restaurant for the others again. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Everything was terrible. I used to always go to the Kenosha one but the past times I had it they messed up my order. I ordered two bowls both double chicken and one with white rice and one with brown. Both of them didn’t have double chicken and one came without rice and a mixture of pinto and black beans when it was supposed to be just black beans. I’m done going here. VERY DISSATISFIED
Qdoba supposedly makes sure to attend costumers nicely & to make sure they are left satisfied but that’s false. The manager itself is the rudest. My cousin had came in to eat in with his coworkers (construction workers) & a server came up to them saying that manager had commented that they brought in tm mud & basically calling em dirty. They even tried to clean their space as much as they can. It’s really unprofessional & shows the laziness of your work that is done ?? As a food server I think the costumers are priority & whatever was left can be cleaned afterwards as well. DONT COME HERE IG IF YOURE DIRTY CZ THEY WILL SHAME YOU ??????

This was my first time visiting Qdoba in a while as I typically sell my sole to Chipotle. Unfortunately the Chipotle near me has declined significantly so I went to Qdoba instead.I had the pork burrito which was delicious! Typically I go for the chicken but was feeling a little wild I guess and ended up with pork. Meat was moist and warm. Made correctly, somehow Chipotle always still gets it wrong even tho I am directly telling them what I want on my burrito. Qdoba was attentive and didn't rush, which i very much appreciated.What really made this experience was actually the service. The three people at the counter were friendly and fun and genuinely seemed interested in helping.I'll be back.
