We don't eat fast food often but we wanted to try something different. They have a simple menu but what they do is great the chicken fingers are done perfectly and very flavorful and the service was excellent for a fast food restaurant.

I just had the WORST experience ever, went through drive thru, and sat at the speaker for 20 mins. The guy working the speaker was very unprofessional he could have atleast told me to wait or “one second”, but he just kept switching over to take the other people’s order even though I was there before them. People behind me were revving their engines even though it’s not my fault so I ended up just going inside because it was getting ridiculous. I saw There was more employees than costumers so it wasn’t even busy enough for them to be this unprofessional. I had to walk out, the guy who took my order was SOOO rude, I was very clear on what I wanted. It was only two box combos with large drinks and 2 extra sauces. He kept trying to tell me I was saying a different amount of sauces, when I know what I said. It’s not even that big of a deal but he made it such a big deal, I was being very polite until I saw he was making my drinks regulars so I politely said those were supposed to be large and again he had to make it a way bigger deal then it had to be.I don’t care if I’m paying extra for a large that’s why I wanted LARGE. At that point I had to walk out, I couldn’t believe how rude this guy was. Didn’t get one apology, actually I was the one apologizing even though I had no reason to. I’m very upset. Thanks for the experience of crying in my car hungry for chicken.

My chicken tenders were raw I contacted the customer service and they never answered me back I think it's rude and unprofessional that I never got a text or call back or email

It's a nice place it has good food it's only chicken and obviously cuz it's a chicken restaurant but it's a simple menu but good food good sauce

Went there three times in a row. Each time forgiving the size of the chicken tenders and understanding that it’s randomly selected. The size of the chicken tenders had seemingly shrunk and were the size of a big chicken nugget.
On the last trip, I had a conversation with the store manager and she apologized for the size of the tenders and had agreed that it shrank about 30%. She said that it was due to them changing distributors.
Well, if you changed distributors and the chicken tenders are smaller, then you should maybe lower your prices to reflect the same??? Just can’t justify paying that much for a big chicken nuggets.

The lady who took our order that behaved so impolite. Looked mad during all the proceedings. My husband said hello to her , no answer, he said thank you to her, she didn’t answer either.The employees
should be disciplined. Nobody will spend money on a store which has poker face employees. We won’t come back.
