Entering, sitting at the table and ordering were all done in an acceptable manner. The table was clean, the staff was friendly, and it had a good family atmosphere. Unfortunately, from the time we ordered till we left everything else was disappointing.\\n\\nIn the hour and twenty minutes we were there we were only checked on once. Every other time we needed the waiter we had to flag them down. Most of the time the waiter could be seen talking and goofing off with the other staff. When we ordered my daughter a refill of her salad and Mac and cheese it took 30 minutes for the refill. It was just disappointing despite starting out friendly.\\n\\n2 out of the 3 meals were pretty good. Unfortunately 2/3 way through my burger I bit into a nasty, sour, oily flavor that made me nearly throw up. I was unable to finish my meal after that, and the nasty flavor wouldn’t get out of my mouth. It didn’t help he never came by to get a refill to wash it down.\\n\\nOverall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. You can get better burgers at Culver’s, better service at other restaurants, and the atmosphere didn’t make up for its shortcomings.

It was extremely mid.Everywhere and one is dealing with short-staff, it’s nothing new but when the service is so slow, and the basic things like drink refills are so off, it’s noticeable.The burgers being so flavorless, with brown avocado smashed into the soggy buns was unreal for a place billing themselves as an upgrade to Culver’s.The fact that a server said they had to ask a manager for a side of grilled chicken for a salad would be so much funnier if it wasn’t so bizarre and sad—of the establishment. The 5 dollar Minute Maid lemonade with purple food coloring and a can of pears waved over it was the cherry.First time going with sisters, it’s not like it’s supposed to mean anything but I’m certainly just going to Culver’s next time.Atmosphere? Dude, it’s a chain restaurant that smells like wet floor.

The food was too pricey. You were given options like sweet potatoes fries, but no one tells you that the cost is more. For the same price we could of dined at a fancy restaurant. The veggie pizza option was good. Brussel sprouts were too spendy and too salty to eat. We were expecting another person. I asked the waitress for another set of silverware upon seating, again when I placed my order, again after I received my order, again after our party arrives, this person orders and again still no silverware. Our last guest finally asked another staff person.

Waitress placed order incorrectly, watched as other customers arriving after us received their orders well before we did. Asked for refill for fries never received them. Asked for check and was told to take care of it on the kiosk. Manager arrived after and corrected the mistake and offered a free dessert.
We were up in Green Bay roaming around Title Town at Lambeau Field and decided to stop at Red Robin for dinner, they were extremely busy so there was a bit of a wait but we got a table soon enough. I was surprised to see that they had pizza on the menu so I ordered a small pizza for myself. I gotta say it was one of the best pizzas I have ever had. I will definitely order that again from Red Robin.

Hate to say it, but our burgers were not great. Came out cold and disappointed in the taste. For the price was hoping for more. Appetizers were very good though! Great service.
