Last weekend, I was visiting my family for the weekend in Kenosha. We decided to hang out at Rendezvous because we heard about the exciting karaoke, atmosphere, and drinks. Unfortunately we were not met with hospitality but were instead faced with frustration, lack of hospitality, and communication from the owner. He had a preconceived notion that we were there to not support his business and buy drinks. This was absolutely not true we were just getting settled in to Rendezvous. We were excited to be there because the interior is really alluring and fascinating. However the owner approached us with an offensive attitude and judgment directly. He approached two different groups as if we were one. We were ostracized. He was not personal AT ALL. Additionally, the coworker was confrontational with my family member as he tried to communicate about the misunderstanding. We felt VERY unwelcome at Rendezvous and would not recommend this establishment to anyone that we know. The atmosphere was not warm or accepting. We left disappointed and disrespected.

Literally the most comfortable and welcoming bar I’ve ever been to! Spectacular bar tenders! Matthew and Mandy were so chill and talkative while handling orders like pros!! Will DEFINITELY be coming back! And karaoke every Friday AND Saturday? I think yes!!!

My fiance showed up to listen to me sing karaoke, He laid his head on me a couple times because he's exhausted from the very long day of carpentry work that he did and the bartender kicked us out for him falling asleep when he hadn't even finished his first drink of the night. Told my fiance he was nodding out. And we're not allowed back just because my fiance laid his head on me a couple times because he was exhausted from his day work and he wanted to cuddle with me. This is absolutely ridiculous and every time I go to tiki lounge there is a problem with something regardless of if it's with me or somebody else, The bartenders usually have a problem with somebody and it's always the bartender causing it. I would not recommend this place to anybody because of how degrading and disrespectful they are every time I go there. I have never had this much of a problem that they kicked me out and banned me my fiance my sister and her boyfriend from there, even though the only person the bartender spoke to was my fiance and asked him to leave because of his " falling asleep " in the bar yet never once did he actually lay down too close his eyes to take a nap or sleep or anything. I will be contacting whoever is above the bartender the owner of the tiki lounge because is absolutely ridiculous that we were harassed like that because my fiance decided he wanted to cuddle with me. Not only did the bartender kick us out in ban us because my fiance cuddled with me He didn't even ask or inquire on what was really going on. I will be contacting higher-ups.
