This Rosatis is by far the worst pizza place around.. its not even open today!!New years eve... oh but they will take your money, then let you wait 90 mins to get your pizza. Itd 6:30 pm right now..People, we have strength in numbers, let's close this one down...!!!

We look forward to calzone when we visit twice a year from Florida. What has happened here? Prices keep going up and quality down.They were out of spinach but instead of calling me for a substitute they put in some spice. It was a hard leaf which I couldn't identify. I called in and was offered a credit but that doesn't buy dinner tonight. I asked for a replacement to be delivered and was told I had to pick it up.The replacement calzone had mushrooms instead and was much larger than the original 3. I really don't know why they thought they could pass off a spice for spinach. And why was one so much bigger?I don't know if I will return next June when I visit again.

I ordered Rosatis for dinner tonight at 830 pm. I was told it would be an hour for delivery. It's currently 9:51 and I have no food and they are currently closed. I can't get anyone on the line to find out what happened. $56 dollars down the drain. Used to love this place. Not anymore.

This location has gone to hell . We were told a some time ago they changed owners it has gone down hill since ALWAYS out of something. Pizzas taste different and are made like GARBAGE . Sad when Dominos gives better service and food !!!

This pizza place used to be a staple for our family, but in recent months the quality and consistency of the pizza has gone WAY down in quality. The service this time was the worst we've encountered. Our order was wrong and when we called, no one answered the phone. The pizza itself is supposed to be thin crust but in reality is more "hand tossed" thickness. And lastly, the amount of toppings is very light compared to previous orders. I can't help but to feel slighted because we're not getting what we paid for, (and the pizza isn't cheap) and no one was there to fix it. I'm extremely frustrated because the service, atmosphere and the food was not worth the money, nor the attention. Don't eat here.
I have ordered twice recently, the Italian beef was not good and it was very dry. I ordered a pizza and it was completely overcooked and portions of the cheese were burned. I emailed their customer service and never received a response. The Kenosha location must have different owners than the others. Won’t be ordering from here anytime soon. Staff seem to be unprofessional and not care.

Ordered a 1/2 and 1/2 thin crust.Charged me for toppings I asked for and did t receive. Pizza was burnt. Garlic bread and cheese came ice cold, soggy and without the marinara sauce I asked for.Flavorless garbage. Tossed it out and ended up going out elsewhere. Never again will I order from here.

Never have I ever had such a terrible beef. I lived in Kenosha 10 yrs ago. Always had great cheefs on garlic bread. Flew in Thursday and so desperately wanted a Rodaiti's beef. My sister and I ordered on Saturday and they were horrible!!! Huge chunks of beef in my sandwich. After pulling them all out, it looked like I'd ordered the pot roast. It destroyed the whole taste. Now I have to go back to Florida with that memory. Thank God there's a portillos in Tampa.

Ordered online, jacob wasnt able to find my order, told me to call corporate and “see what happens, in the next three days.” Beware and stay away.Update: spoke with “corporate” and they suggested that i join the rewards program for the inconvenience. Stay away from this location.

We’ve ordered many times without issues until recently. The last few orders have been incorrect and this time I decided to call to let them know abs request a refund for the incorrect items. The lady managing the phone was incredibly rude and started yelling at me and gave me attitude. I was pretty shocked. I’m not sure what’s going on here lately, but I’m bummed because it used to be my favorite pizza place.
