We had ordered the Italian Subs for a tailgate party. It was probably the best sub sandwich I have ever had. Super fresh and high quality. Everyone could not stop raving about how good the sandwiches were. We did also go back and try the Philly Cheese Steak. It was very salty and not as good as the Italian sub. They have so many choices of sandwiches, I am looking forward to go back and try some others.

Been wanting to try this for a while and was not disappointed. I was so full after half of a half sandwich and a few bites of soup. The vegetable beef soup was so yummy, just like grandma's with fresh chunks of carrot and potatoes. The atmosphere is beautiful and everyone is super friendly. Chef Ron (I believe that was his name) lit up when I asked if everything is freshly made and he said that it was, all the way down to the dressing. You can tell everything is made with love and cooked perfectly. Cheesecake was a bonus.

We really wanted to try a place that wasn't a chain restaurant so we decided to give this place a try. The only thing we could say was that it was a total disappointment and we ended up throwing three whole sandwiches in the garbage can. After waiting 30 minutes for three sandwiches, nothing was correct on the order and two sandwiches were not edible. I ordered a veggie sub with no green papers, as it stated on the receipt. It was full of green peppers. My son ordered a jibarito. A jibarito comes on a flattened plantain, but this was just a thin steak on bread. The Philly cheese steak was dripping in grease and didn't contain any cheese. We threw it in the garbage and left. We didn't see any point in getting another order after waiting more than 30 minutes. I try to support small businesses, but this place needs to get it together.

A long over due 5 star review. I don't even understand how I get this blown away every time I eat here. Every sandwich I've had from Rustic has been an absolute banger! The amount of sandwich you get for the money makes me feel like I'm committing a robbery every time. Aside from being the best sandwich shop of all time the staff are absolute gems and remember you when you return. I've just never been anywhere that was this consistently perfect. 10 out of 5 stars!

Amazing sandwiches and amazing customer service!!! Sandwiches are priced about the same as their big box competition, but you get SO much more sandwich. Just a great establishment and our new goto sandwich spit in Kenosha!!!

Completely unimpressed with the sandwiches here, and we were so hoping for an independent sandwich shop that wasn't a huge chain. He ordered a Baked New Yorker - the pastrami was bland, and spicy mustard was non-existent. I ordered the Caprese with no pesto, which was supposed to be baked (its the only Caprese on their menu), and it came as a panini, with no balsamic vinaigrette. 2 sandwiches, $29 and change. Next time we'll go elsewhere.

Love that a local spot is serving up some good sandwiches. They are huge! Maybe too big, if that’s possible. They are priced close to most local sandwich chains. I will always choose to come here over nearby sandwich chains. The staff is very friendly. The menu is very extensive. I have only gotten the Italian sub, which is phenomenal!
Man...first of all the inside is beautifully done. The menu is huge. Everything is fresh. The coleslaw was being made as it was being served. The sandwiches are huge. And the delish, price worthy food is somehow secondary to how incredibly welcoming the staff is. One of the seemingly owners, a women, was so polite and friendly with my children, giving them snacks, etc you would have thought they were her own grandchildren. It was such a pleasant experience that I could just go on and on. They do, and you can tell, a lot for their community, my hometown, and I just can not wait to go back. Super yay for this locally own restaurant.

Tried this 3 times. Sandwiches are huge. A great thing. I have requested certain cheese, condiments its never given even paid for extras. Recently ordered 2 paninis NOT panini! It was a grilled bread cold sandwich with 1 slice of cheese. After I asked for extra cheese and paid for it. Called owner he asked the guys "if they put the extra cheese on?".They said "yes." I Offered to show him w/ pic bring it back. I was just told "it was put on." Won't be going back. Here is the photo. Its 1 slice of cheese obviously.

Overall the taste was really good and the service was fast and friendly. My only nitpicks would be having the menu a little clearer, at first I couldn't even find it because it literally takes the entire wall /next/ to the counter so it's in the dining area and there were customers all in the way, there were also a bunch of different signs boards all over the place that looked like different parts of it so it was very confusing trying to figure out what exactly was on the menu.The sub itself was really tasty and LOADED with toppings almost to the point where I couldn't eat it (which isn't a bad thing, just very messy) I do wish there was a little more veggie to meat ratio just because I ended up with over half the sub being just meat which isn't my personal taste but hey, if you're looking for a sub place that doesn't skimp on the meat then this is definitely the place for you!

The best sandwich shop in town. I always get the Philly Cheesesteak Wrap, soooo good. And it is a big wrap that will fill you up, I usually have my fiancé finish it! Lol The owners and employees are always so friendly. I think the prices are VERY fair for what you get. Definitely give it a try! You will not be disappointed.
