Went to this club while out of town to pick up a few things. Was surprised with how friendly the employees were and how clean the store was kept! The parking lot is massive and had plenty of cart returns and empty spots throughout. The store seemed stocked well with product and prices were competitive with surrounding stores. We will be back when we visit again!

Sams Club in Kenosha is hands down the most amazing store anyone could shop at. My children absolutely love how friendly the employees are as do I especially since my kids ask a billion questions on products they have no interest in buying but the employees answer every question with a smile on there face. Then with my OCD checking out process and shopping it’s a perfect place to do all my shopping. The store is always always clean, well stocked, and again the employees and management are amazing.

I ordered a 6pk of Similac. I go to pick it up and they give me one can of Similac. Talked to a few people there and showed them the screenshot and the order number and told me to call customer care. called customer care about the order and they turn around and tell me it's the stores responsibility. so if you order something and have an online pickup, and they don't feel like you should get what you ordered, then Kenosha Sam's Club is your place. they will Bait and Switch you into coming to their store. we are short 5 cans of Similac. I expect them to fulfill the order. their cowardly way of getting out of it is a refund. Bait and Switch is an illegal business operation. Avoid this store or avoid Sam's Club in general. Costco is much better at Customer Service.

I'm changing the grade I gave to this store in the past from 5 to 1 because I felt disappointed today, after discover that the store I thought was taking best care of its clients with the face mask use, social distancing and even disinfecting common superfices, it's not doing it any more. The store allows clients to be on the store without mask and buy stuff. No consequences, nobody tells nothing. Are you aware that allows people be without mask could affect other clients hea

Use the scan and go App, it’s faster, and you’ll have a running total of how much your spending, the only line will be the one on your way out the door when they scan the QR code, and you are done, I like to scan as I put it in the cart, that way when I reach my budget I know to finish and pay.

Horrible service at the auto center today. They have a huge sale but only 1 person working the register. I left after 30 minutes in line without moving. I talked to a couple who was there over an hour and still hadn't been serviced. Complete joke! If they're running a sale, on a Saturday during Christmas season, they should have it staffed enough to handle the customers.

Not worth the membership. Every time I go they mess up or the food they're selling is expired. Last time I went to buy a laptop, paid for it and when they went to get it they discovered they didn't have in stock. Huge waste of time.

I'm pretty pissed off with SAMs Club. I saw an item in the store discounted. However, they had no inventory, so suggested I order it online for the same price. Oh, and if you become a PLUS member, the shipping is free. Bah humbug!!! Online, the WOODEN TEAK GLIDER was not listed at the special 'End of Season' price of $199.xx, but at the regular price of $249.xx. Then to find out the shipping is ONLY $14!!!! And not the $40+ Customer Svc said it was. And I called the store back to see if I could get the IN STORE SPECIAL PRICE, but alas, no.... time to check out COSTCO
