The only reason I’m giving 1 star for the service is because the guy at the window is very rude. The last few times I’ve come to the window to make a purchase he’s got an attitude. Even if he doesn’t have an attitude he needs to learn how to talk to people. I’m tired of giving him the benefit of the doubt. I don’t come to him in a rude manner and I always say thank you.

Not the liquor store I frequent but I worked late tonight so I stopped here because it’s the only place open near my house, the guy at the window was very rude. He has longer black hair and a limp, asked for the item I wanted and he stated “your the fourth person who asked for that today we don’t have it” like it’s my fault they don’t have it. So I proceeded to ask if they have it in a 4 pack instead his response nope go to another shenanigans tomorrow is our delivery day we don’t have it. He than proceeded to storm off, and grab the new item I asked him for came back to the window slammed the beer down took my id and debit card handed the item id and debit card back and mumbled something under his breath. If you hate your job get a new one, I will not be returning.

August 16th 2024, arriving for the All you can eat fish fry at 6 pm. and After getting the last seat we were told that it would be over one hour for our food to be done. I should have asked why. When we finally received our food, we immediately asked for the next batch of the all You can eat fish fry... It Took another hour. It would not have been a problem , but We Had our three year old grandchild with us out for dinner. WeI found out that one of the deep friars was broken And they could only cooking in one of them. That's why it was taking so long to get the orders out. Had I have known this I would have ordered one of their delicious pizzas... Because people who were coming in way after us were getting their pizzas, Eating and leaving before we got our first serving of fish. It was not until eight o'clock we left the restaurant With our Extra four pieces of fish in a box. Mister Owner... Buy a new friar. But the fish is delicious and I will be back !!!!!!!
Kid-friendliness: Our waiter was the most awesome I have ever had in all of my restaurant Adventures. He always brings my 3 yr old grandson a coloring book and a fresh pack of crayons. Thank you to my waiter Orlando !!!!! You are a great human being !!!!

Wheelchair accessibility: We were able to bring my brother and he had enough room to move around and maneuver, which we appreciate it.

These people don’t even know what they’re doing. If they weren’t the only place in Kenosha to get hard alcohol after 9 o’clock, I would never go here! I asked them for Ian J Apple they say they don’t have any that I asked them for Bacardi raspberry and they give me Smirnov‘s raspberry. Go to return it after I realize that and they tell me they can’t return alcohol, so I’m supposed to inspect everything that they give me before I leave the drive-through. These people are exactly where they should be not in the educated position. Good luck getting what you want.
