Day after the superbowl, i stopped at starbucks ONLY because they advertised a free tall coffee. Epic.
So I stopped. I was charged and when I questioned it, she said that was only for brewed coffee. Which was absolutely NOT how it was advertised.
I messaged corporate and was blown off. I was told if i ordered on line, i would have seen it say only for brewed coffee. Well how does that help when i am in drive thru??
I'm fed up with starbucks. They really need to get their act together

I have given this location multiple tries hoping it was just one time, but they consistently make the drinks worse than any other Starbucks. The lattes are oversteamed and the iced cold brews made differently. Some of the workers were very rude, wouldn't look at me when talking or taking money, handing me drinks without saying anything. A manager tried explaining to me that "cold foam" refers to foam that is stirred into the drink, and then stopped mid sentence when she realized that might not be true. Some of the employees are very rude from the very beginning of the interaction.

The girl this morning with the pink hair was so rude. She literally rolled her eyes at me and was so cold. I have never had this experience at any Starbucks.
Time to hire better people, this isn’t okay..

I tried Starbucks’ new seasonal Apple Crisp Iced Chai, and it was amazing! The flavors of crisp apple blended perfectly with the spiced chai, creating a cold yet refreshing taste. The drink was sweet but not overpowering, with a hint of cinnamon that paired beautifully with the apple notes. I was a bit skeptical at first about how apple would mix with chai, but this drink won me over! The barista recommended it with oat milk, which made it extra creamy. It’s the perfect fall treat that’s both cozy and refreshing. Definitely going back for another soon!

I have been coming to this location for over 10 year. 99% mobile pickup. Recently things have really changed. All starting with a couple baristas because I asked for a straw for my iced coffee. There were 2 young ladies their and both of them ignored my asking multiple times until I asked why they were ignoring me.
It’s obvious straws are an issue but at $6 bucks for a coffee give me a straw!!!
Let’s fast forward to today, I kindly requested for my coffee to be fixed as it tasted like nothing but oat milk. She gracefully obliged but after a couple drinks my coffee was gone. What an absolute passive aggressive shenanigan. It was a shaken espresso so it was dark and foamy and the amount of ice she used wasn’t noticeable at first. This is complete BS for the price of the coffee and the constant attitude over a dang straw!!!

Bought a Carmel Frappuccino. Was really bland and tasted like Milk. The girl filled the glass half way with milk. Asked to have it remade and was told know that was made as required.
Then went to the rest room and about puked. Piss all over the floors.

I put in a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving. I got there at 1:10, noticed they were busy, and waited for my drink. I got a notification from the app that my drink was ready but was not to be found by the mobile pick up area. I gave it a few more minutes before asking in case they were finishing up my drink. At this point, I was there for 10 minutes and had put my mobile order in 20 minutes ago. I tried to get the worker's attention but every time I made eye contact/went to say something, the worker would quickly walk away or pretend she didn't see my attempt to ask about my order. Customers ordering in the store were getting their drinks before me at this point. Another 10 minutes went by (mobile order was put in 30 minutes ago at this point) and the worker finally came by the mobile order station helping other customers find their drinks. I still had to quickly get the worker's attention as she was about to walk away when I approached. She finally asked for my name and what I ordered. I kindly explained to her that it's been 30 minutes and was wondering if they received my order, thinking maybe it was a problem on the app's end, only for her to grab my drink that was sitting by the drive thru station for the past 20 minutes. She grabbed my drink and gave it to me without any sort of apology for the wait or mistake made putting my drink by the wrong station and did not offer to make me a new drink (as it was noticeably watered down at this point). The sticker on my drink said "IN STORE" so there wasn't a mix up on my end of the app either. Definitely disappointing and am not one to quickly write a negative view. I had somewhere to be and could've saved a lot of time if the workers did not avoid customers waiting for their mobile orders.
