I was passing through Wisconsin today and decided to swing by the Starbucks to pick up a Venti Matcha. I waited roughly 30 minutes before my order was made. After the wait, I received my drink and it was jam packed with ice. There was barely enough Matcha in there that I should’ve just gotten a small. On top of that, you can see chunks of Matcha in the drink. It wasn’t mixed well together. My drink was rushed and made by employees who were under pressure. This wasn’t a great experience. I wasted 30 minutes of my time, my money, and didn’t even get to enjoy my drink that I was craving.

I was there at this Starbucks location, ready to get my red cup. I waited 12 minute's behind this lady that kept ordering and changing her order. By the time it was my turn to get my white chocolate mocha, the lady at the window said that I could get a red cup because the policy has changed. My order was not hot anymore for all the time the lady took. I was very disappointed to miss this year red cup.

They don't call your name when beverages go out. My egg bites were really good, it just took about 15 minutes to get them. My espresso was surprisingly tasty..

I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and not only did they forget to even add the pumpkin spice part but it’s not even a full drink. This was the amount I received. And yet my husband got his order of a Trenta- sized iced water correct!

This store needs new management and better training. I say that because I never have and problems at any other store, and we travel all over the country. When I would order my grande coffee they would make it and give it right to me but now my wife fell in love with the Strawberry/Acia lemonade. Now when I order a grande coffee and a lemonade refresher they make the coffee and I stand at the end for them to make the lemonade all the other stores do a great job. This store does not and it has happen several times. Today I went in and ordered a coffee and lemonade and went down to wait, it took longer than usual and they set the lemonade up and turned around. I waited for a while and finally went back up there, the baristas are moving back and forth purposely not making eye contact. After a minute or 2 I said a’hum , and the girl who was standing 2 feet from turned and asked what are you waiting on. I pointed to my coffee and said my coffee that has been sitting over there for a long time. I get to the car to drive the hour drive home, hoping to enjoy a cup of coffee. The problem was the coffee was no longer piping hot and barely hot. I know it’s just this store as we stop at lots and never have this problem, definitely a leadership problem.
Made my night! Stopped in for a coffee right before closing, and my son asked for a kids hot chocolate. He didn’t quite pronounce it correctly, but the barista wrote his version on the cup. “Hot cha cha”. Such a small gesture, but so thoughtful and heartwarming. 💛
