I went to pick up a door dash order and the person who was preparing the food had a really bad attitude. He did not care the order wasn’t ready on time and he was throwing the food in the bag when he was packing it.

I had a 4 person order online pickup, everything was perfectly made, the man at the counter was so very helpful and nice he had made sure I had everything I needed, and when I got back home to pass out food, I found a nice big bag of free cookies, I think I was one of the last orders of the night so they probably had to throw it away ultimately, but it was really thoughtful and a nice surprise, made my night, those little things in life are everything. Thank you to the employee working last night you are a kind person!

Worst subway in the city.....the owner talks crab about the franchise....staff don't know have to make sandwiches and don't listen to the costumers,didn't get close too how I ordered my sandwich, the veggies were ALL BAD lettuce brown, spinach bad, tomatos bad etc.... I screamed at the owner and left.....threw that food away and went to the Subway in 30th by speedway and got the services I deserved.....will NEVER go downtown again.... That was my 1st and last time.....I will reach out to corporate

Love the location never had a bad experience, if your vegan order a veggie melt no cheese add sweet onion sauce cucumber and other veggies with salt and pepper thank me later. Always clean and neat.
