THIS SUBWAY IS ONE OF THE WORST I'VE BEEN TO, POOR SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM. THEY COME OFF AS RACIST, I WONT BE SPENDING MY HARD EARN MONEY WHERE IM NOT TREATED LIKE A PERSON. WHEN I WALK ON THE STORE I WASN'T GREEDED NOR ACKNOWLEDGE, AFTER THE WORKER FIXED THE CUSTOMER SANDWICH HE PURPOSELY EXTENDED THE CONVERSATION TO AVOID ME. WHEN I GOT HIS ATTENTION HE TOLD ME THE ORDER THAT WAS CALLED IN WILL BE MADE AND CONTINUE TALKING YO THE CUSTOMER. OTHER SUBWAY WORKERS WERE ALREADY BUSY but that this guy had no intention on serving me. I will no be going back to this location until that older guy attitude change or he is terminated.

The guy who took my order said that they don’t accept coupons for buy one get one free after I had already made my order for it and showed him the coupon at the front of the store. He talked quieter than an ant and was very rude with how he was talking to me. I never want to hear “we don’t accept that” again from this guy. Won’t be heading to the subway on 56th street and 7th Ave again.

Convenient downtown shop. Good food and service. But will not accept coupons (for free xtra ft. long) or deals announced in TV ads (xtra ft. long at half price). Hardly encourages repeat visits.

I had a smoked turkey salad with raspberry vinaigrette at Subway for the first time. I was impressed for just over $8.00. I'd get it again. Nice staff.

I haven't had such amazing customer service in a long time. It is the type of customer service like back in the day; everyone is welcoming giving small town vibes. I was in a few weeks ago with my husband and daughter. Sam was so sweet and fun. Then I came in today with my neice not expecting anything amd he remembered. I won't go to any other Subway. Truly, I can go anywhere for a sandwich. I can even stay home and make it myself. However, with Sam's customer service I will always be back.Anyone who needs a fresh breath of good people, delicious sandwiches, and a good time; I highly recommend this specific Subway!

I purchased four subways a week for years until they stopped Subway Members benefits and accepting coupons six months ago.

Subways saying is "fresh".... I could prepare my own sandwich and it be better in freshness than subway. The bread is stale and dry and the meat tasted like it had been out for days. Not to mention paying 10.00 dollars for a sandwich that wasn't even to its policy expectations. The workers were pushy and not patient. I'm supposed to feel satisfied after eating a Sandwich but subway did not do that for me. I felt gross and nauseous after eating just a bite. Unless subway can step up and take their "freshness" into priority I will not be returning and will instead be going to better places that even include my own kitchen.

Absolutely no- DO NOT COME TO THIS SUBWAY LOCATION. The bread is extremely stale and old. It was so hard I had to take the sandwich apart to finish it. My server made comments about female customers once they left which was extremely inappropriate and was too distracted to effectively finish checking me out. This was by far the worst interaction I’ve had at subway in a very long time. But it was lack of manners, focus, and professionalism. My server was eric used way too much profanity while I was present. I couldn’t even get a sandwich in peace due to the service. It was disappointing and a waste of money by far. I would absolutely not recommend anyone coming here at all.
