My pick up order was ready as soon as I walked in. I didn't have to wait because the woman asked us waiting customers if anyone was picking an order up. I've noticed Subways are becoming stingy with their ingredients but my sandwich was made perfect. Everything I ordered was on it and extra ingredients for the ones I asked extra on. Great service and food.

Very bad, if you ever recommend a good place this one is not it.I couldn’t believe how bad their service was,including their rude and disrespectful attitude.Before I even started eating they told me to clean up and put everything back in a very rude disrespectful way.And after eating I had to put the high chair back with no exceptions plus the high chair wasn’t even safe for babies,because my baby was about to fall off of it plus no seatbelt too. So if you ever come here trust me you’re getting bad service.

I have had problems with a manager here before but I came in today and a woman named ruby was working and she is the best subway employee I have ever seen. She was really nice and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it without hassling me like other sandwich makers.

I am extremely upset about my experience at this Subway. The lady making my sandwich, who claimed to be the manager, was shockingly rude and disrespectful. Her attitude was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I felt disrespected and unwelcome the entire time. This is no way to treat customers, and I will never return to this location. The owner needs to take immediate action to fix this behavior!

The building was nice and the food cases were very clean and all the toppings and meats looked fresh. The person who made my sandwich was very kind and made sure to ask my preferences on the amount of toppings I wanted (ie extra lettuce). Probably the best subway I have been to in a long time.

This place sucks and so does their manager she is very rude needs to be fired bad attitude sorry you dont like your job find another or shut this place down absolutely horrible. Ordered online to find out order was voided due to not accepting promotion did not find out until I arrived to pick up my order. Communication at this location is terrible

The Subway at the address of 10320 75th St, Kenosha, WI 53142, has absolutely terrible customer service by the female manager, specifically. My sandwich was made upside down with the cheese being put on first, then the meat, and when I requested it be made normally, on the bottom bread, meat then cheese, I was told it was not policy. The young girl then began to pile all of my ingredients in the middle crease of the bread. It was so badly and messily made when I got home, it was a complete mess with my ingredients falling out of the sandwich, and the bread was tucked inside itself from the way she wrapped it. I then went back up to the store and showed pictures of how it was when I unwrapped it and I was told it was my fault because of the quantity of pickles and mayo I got which I admit is a lot but I order it the same everywhere I go and it never completely falls apart, it was because of her not putting it on one side of the bread and wrapping it sloppily. She then got the manager (a Caucasian heavyset lady with glasses), and I was told the sandwich was made perfectly and that it was my fault, and that I couldn't get a refund even though I brought back the food untouched and had to have it remade. When she was putting my meat and cheese on, I kindly asked that she put my meat first, then my cheese on top, how it is normally done, and was again told it was not policy and was lectured about how everyone else is doing it wrong and why she makes it that way. There were times she flipped the bread, and I told her it was the correct way, and she flipped it back and argued more. After about 4 minutes of her complaining, she put it the way I requested. Even though the manager was extremely rude, when I unwrapped the sandwich, it did not have the problems she claimed were my fault the first time; I got the same amount of pickles and mayo. The manager was just very rude and unprofessional; she was constantly argumentative and combative, and constantly talked of a policy no other subway seems to know of. She was also arguing with my mother because of her trying to tell us why she makes it the way she does, instead of making it as requested. I just wanted a refund. I love Subway, but with this kind of management, I won't be back.

Rude, cancelled my order because they don't honor the official app deals like this is customer fault. The order went thru on the app you suppose to bring it to corporate not the customer.
