Brayden made my sandwich and he did fantastic. When I asked him to go light on the tomato he took the time to cut them in half. He actually put the proper amount of guac on the sandwich instead of skimping out like most subways do. 10/10 will be returning.

I couldn't believe how long it took to get a meatball sub with only 2 people in line in front of me. Finally it was finished and the guy just left it sitting on the counter unwrapped and getting cold while he went and got the next person's order started. I sat there at the register for probably 5 minutes with my credit card out staring at my completed sandwich sitting there. It was not busy! :(

We went there for dinner tonight, purchased 2 footlong subs with a coupon for $12.99 and a third sub that was a 6 inch sub... we also received 3 chips and 3 soft drinks... however, asked for a drink carrier, employee stated they DO NOT have them.. WHY NOT??? People can't drive down the road holding 3 cups!! Then after getting home, we noticed the girl who made our order charged us for 3 footlong subs instead of 2 footlong and a 6 inch sub! ? The entire time this girl made our subs talked down at the food and didn't even make eye contact... I attempt to call the number on the receipt with only getting that they are closed and to leave a message... no way to speak to someone directly! Looked them up online and got an 800 number and still not able to speak with anyone! I guess we need to rethink about getting subs from subway for now on!!! Poor customer service!

Ordered sandwiches and a 6 pack of cookies. Sandwiches were good, but they missed my no mayo request on my BLT. Cookies were barely baked, almost like a big clump of cookie dough. I have ordered at this Subway several times and I've always been happy with it. Maybe they had an off day. They were pretty busy.
Vegetarian options: They have all manner of veggies that you can get on a sub, a wrap, or in a bowl. Breakfast also has the same vegetable offerings. Not sure about Vegan fare, though.
Dietary restrictions: You can order sandwiches and other items that are lower in sodium and fat.
Parking: Only a handful of spots, and the location is bustling downtown Kenosha.
Kid-friendliness: Kid's menu, pizzas, etc
Wheelchair accessibility: It may be difficult to get through the narrower door, which is on a slight incline, as well.

The employees don't make the sandwiches nicely, I've been to a few subways and worked at one and they made these sandwiches sloppy. ?
5 stars are for the great staff and service. Their attention to cleanliness is outstanding. I've never seen such an immaculately maintained food prep area.
Always receive prompt, professional and courteous service!! Everyone actually looks like they enjoy being there.... not always common today. Lol ?..... my FAVORITE Subway....
