An order was put in ahead of time and several subs couldn't be completed as ordered because they were out of several items. It appears the app doesn't update inventory based on location which is extremely inconvenient.
They only had one staff member running the entire store. The staff member did their best, but it was hard for them to serve all the customers in the store.
There is plenty of parking in their free parking lot.

Wost subway I have ever been to. Got a footlong blt only got 4 pieces of bacon and the guy refused to put any extra veggies on it. I kept asking for a bit more veggies n he would only put like a pinch of each veggie I asked for. I couldn't get full. I also used a coupon n he charged me 4 extra dollars than what the coupon said. I thought at subway u could have as many veggies as u wanted without being charged extra

it is very annoying to visit a franchised restaurant and not have the coupons that you have received, in the same community, not be taken. these are coupons that I received in the mail. I live in the same city.A few days ago I had a buy one get one coupon. It was told they don't accept them. he actually told me that none of the stores around accept them. which is untrue. they then told me I could use a two sandwich for $xx coupon. which I did.Tonigh I revisited the same subway, I asked if I could use the coupon which was three sandwiches for $xx.xx. I was told yes. and then while we were building the sandwiches, I was told that the sandwiches I was ordering were not allowed to be purchased with a coupon. these are the same sandwiches that I purchased last week using the coupon.I don't eat at Subway very often anymore, the coupons I received in the mail got me to want to eat some subway. The coupons literally did what they're supposed to do. get new people in the door.after two visits in the past 7 days, I will not visit the subway ever again.
