This is the most horrible subway I have ever ordered from. We literally just tried to Grubhub this place, and found out our order wasn’t even placed. Tried to call this location to confirm order status and no one picked up. Let it ring literally for at least 2 and half minutes. If you don’t want to service food, or hire the proper people close the business down. Literally close this place down and take the subway blend off this building.

Store is dirty, smells disgusting definitely hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. Rotting food with flies on and around it being served. Sub smelled and tasted disgusting only to look inside and see bugs in the food. Very rude, unhelpful customer service, and doors locked early.

So my parents wanted subway tonight, not only did this store smell like absolute death. There were flies all around the food along with bugs in their sandwiches. We called the store trying to get everything resolved, they laughed as we explained the situation along with saying “I know” to bugs being in the sandwiches. I asked for a corporate number, or a higher up number. They gave me someone’s personal number. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THIS STORE!!! DO NOT GO HERE… I honestly would love to see this place get shut down. The health department will be called.

...When I call your store to figure out an order that I tried to place online..which charged my card...but didn't show up as an order...

PUT SOMEONE WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH ON THE PHONE.
(not the goofy dismissive shitbird that said "ya ya we got it" and hung up on me. Spoiler: You did not, in fact, get the order- thanks for wasting our time.)

Hope someone buys out your branch and brings competent staff.

Wonderful people who are very inviting at this location. Food was great and exactly what I wanted. I get annoyed with negative reviews, they are people, they might be tired or having a bad day... food service is tough. Had a great experience today and will be making this my standard subway location for the future.

Vegetarian options: Plenty of options for someone looking to be vegetarian, it's Subway after all.

The windows on the doors are really dirty. Noticed they haven't been cleaned for at least 3 weeks now. One worker is there every time I go, but he never smiles or makes eye contact. Zero interest in customer service. The food has been fresh, but the atmosphere is a turn off.
