I ordered food Monday March 4,2024 for me and my family. They used the same gloves wasnt changed. I had to say something. I dont know how long they been doing this but that night my family and I got sick to where we are all in the hospital with NORVIRUS!!! I tried to call them didnt answer. watch out

Worst experience ever employees were rude rushed thru the line and when we got home over half our order was missing items that were asked for tried to call the store and the phone was answered and the employee wanted to act like he couldn’t hear me then hung up tried to call back and the phone was picked up and hung up right away would give zero stars if google had the option take your money and go to jimmy John’s or Jersey mikes better food and way better service!!!!

We went in after doing some trick R treating and were greeted by and served by Lex. She was a young teenager so we could only imagine it probably sucked being a teen and working on Halloween night, but she was dressed in a funny panda costume and had a very cheerful and fun attitude. She was great with our young daughter and made our sandwiches speedy and exactly the way we asked. This girl knows what "extra pickles" means lol. We just wanted to let you know how great she did

My wife, her sister, my son, and I all stopped in to place a dinner order of five sandwiches, at first when we walked in we thought "Oh wow this subways a nicer one" it looked more updated than the others. We got to the counter and had an excellent experience with a young lady named Lex however there was a taller skinny African American man who was working around 5:00 and he seemed off maybe a bad day or something but he cut our sandwiches all types of messed up, we asked for light lettuce and we got normal - heavy ( I myself used to work in a subway and know what the measurements look like yes they could've changed since then but this was quite a bit over light ) when Lex noticed the final sandwiches was cut pretty bad she showed another older man ( mid 20's - 30's ) white gentleman and he just shook his head, it is what it is we still ate them however it was very messy and a little harder to eat. A little care goes a long way just a tip for next time to you two gentlemen other than that the experience was pretty good we had a few laughs while waiting for the food! :)

Weekly review and I end up giving this store a try again. Walked in and there are three employees at the counter. They were looking busy but close enough to see a customer walked in the store. Not one time did these folks say... "I'll be right with you" no eye ontact whatsoever. Lol Horrible Customer service today. Manger please help them out.

The sub was very good and the 2 people were very nice...but very dissatisfied that I wanted the new club sub but was told I could not use the coupon even though the coupon states what the exclusions are..but was still told no...so ended up getting a different sub. Not good practice when there are so many other places to eat!
